We found what we thought was a leak, and Fox Plumbing sent James out the next day. After looking at the issue, he provided a thorough description of what was most likely happening, and provided guidance on our different options - including recommending a fix that was no additional cost. While at our house, he also checked out our other water outlets to ensure no lingering issues. The whole experience was very positive, and definitely recommend Fox Plumbing and Heating to others.

He found the source of the noise inside the water heater space and suggested we just we just pad/fill space around pipe to silence it (didn’t require under house search or hands on repair)
Tech left without charging us for the visit!

Communicative, punctual. Price up front, available almost immediately. Diagnosed the problem 2x and fixed it. The two I had, Jake and Denis, were professional, worked incredibly well as a team, and were professional but never condescending when explaining issues to me.4 stars because these prices are offensive. 10k to swap a fuse box, 500 for a diagnostic? At this point I understand this is what people can charge because they always show up (3rd time I've used them) but geez. Just, geez.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Greenhouse Plumbing personnel are skilled, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Omid, the owner responded to our request to unplug our bathroom basin drain which he did in fine shape.
