Had a wonderful experience working with Best Plumbing. I had a unit in a Belltown condo that quickly needed a new sink, faucet and dishwasher before a tenant moved in. They helped me quickly pick out the pieces I needed and the plumber who installed it was a pro. Sometimes working in high-rise apartment buildings can lead to challenges but he knew exactly how to handle. Highly recommended!

You were incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient.We had sewage backing up into our yard and some questionable plumbing issues from a not-so-professional installation, and Ramin was here same day, on a Saturday, to deal with the problem. I recently received a higher than normal water bill and determined that I had a water leak somewhere between my house and the meter at the street. Andy came out to take a look and sent me a work proposal to bypass and install and new water line. I checked out reviews of other plumbing companies and compared prices but found that Akers had nothing but positive reviews and quality work reported from it's customers. I went ahead and had Andy and his crew come out to do the work, it was finished within a day, they were very courteous and knowledgeable and restored my front yard to the point that I would have never known that any digging was done. They even installed a brand new shut off valve in the front yard. Bottom line excellent work done with quality parts...I would recommend them to anyone who is unsure about who to turn to for plumbing repairs.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

We called Green Planet Plumbing because of a water leak we discovered in our home. We didn’t know where the water was coming from, glad we called. They dispatched Eero out the same afternoon who quickly started the process of locating the issue. He even took the time to explain to us the process. Eero found the leak which was coming from the upstairs tub, made the repair, cleaned up and even discussed the invoice with us. Excellent work, we now have our plumber!

We had to get a new water heater, and it was so easy to schedule an appointment. The technician, Barry, was so nice, went over the quote (which was a great price), and replaced our new water heater in 2 hours. Great customer service, I would highly recommend.

Leak in an upstairs condo forced water through my light fixture. David from Fox Plumbing showed up the next day and was patient and kind and professional while talking me through my options and being reassuring about next steps and the process. He came back the next day and was able to work with the upstairs unit to find the source of the leak and correct it- he was then able to recommend another person for drywall repair and give me what I needed for neighbors insurance paperwork. Will definitely use again!

I had an emergency plumbing issue and needed someone fast. I called around, Googled and reached out on Nextdoor. I ended up calling Green House Plumbing and I am a very happy customer! Zimri was cool, calm and collected (despite me nervously following his every step). He showed up early, fixed the problem (like he reassured me he would) and charged me a very reasonable fee. I am putting this number in my contacts and they will be my go to plumber in the future! Highly recommend!

PJ and the team came to the rescue for me. My home ran into a serious plumbing issue, with a sewer line that needed to be replaced. Our whole household was in emergency mode — we couldn't take a shower, flush, or even wash our hands normally.

PJ and the team went well beyond the call of duty, working late into the night on a holiday weekend to get us operational again. They didn't have to do that — but I am so appreciative that they did!
