The shower handle and faucet in my condo apartment were leaking. I originally intended to replace all of the hardware while fixing them at the same time, so I contacted King Plumbing and around 10 other Seattle plumbers to ask for estimates.

King Plumbing was THE ONLY plumber who replied with a detailed and transparent estimate about how much the work and parts might cost! Every other plumber wanted to charge me $35-150 just to come out and look at my condo (of course the fee would be waived if I chose to hire them, and I'd lose the money if I didn't). After a while, I realized that my dreams of replacing all of my shower hardware would be out of my budget. I contacted King Plumbing again and they suggested just replacing the cartridge in the shower handle for much, much cheaper.

Julie, the wife and office manager, was so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to recommending parts and the work that could be done. I really appreciated her quick responses via email and her transparent pricing for the different types of work I could have done.

Two guys came out to my condo this morning and quickly fixed the shower handle. When it looked like the faucet was still leaking and needed to be replaced, they ran back out to their truck and brought in a matching replacement faucet that they luckily had on hand. They installed that with no problem, and only charged me an extra $20 for the part and installation, instead of nickel-and-diming me for the extra work. The total came out to more than $200 less than the quote I got from one of their competitors.

We're so pleased with our experiences hiring King Plumbing. In 2021 we needed their help replacing a valve in the garage, which was quick and easy. A few weeks ago when we discovered water pooling at our home and knew there was a leak somewhere we contacted three plumbers. King responded to us within two hours and had their team out to assess so quickly! By contrast, another company would only give us an estimate via email without visiting and we never heard from the 3rd plumbing company. King helped locate our leak, also provided us an estimate for repipe and replacement water heater that we were already interested in and were able to start work on all three projects within 48 hours. They had the leak fully repaired, repipe finished and water heater installed with 2.5 days of work. Josh & Anthony were wonderful. I can't remember the name of the 3rd tech that came to our home but everyone was professional, kind, answered all our questions and left our home clean. We're very happy with the service we've received and will happily work with King again for any future needs.

King Pumbling is truly a very good business. They came to find our drain pipe leak on time and were very professional and polite. They fixed the problem completely and charged us a very reasonable price. So we asked them to do it for another pipe problem and they did the same thing over again.

We had checked with other plumbing companies who did not give us much confidence in the way they spoke and were much more expensive. We trust King Pumbing.

This company is amazing. I called for help at 5pm last night and they came out next morning and had toilet fixed by 9am. Josh and his wife Julie run a top notch business!! I hired them a few months back to install a new dishwasher in my home which did not have one previously. Installation was flawless and Josh was very professional and courteousness throughout. I Recently elected to use them again for an entire Bathroom remodel, for which I am a complete novice. Josh and Julie have walked me through every detail of the process answering flurries of my questions and providing hands on consultation along the way. I cannot recommend King Plumbing enough, a real class act! I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

These guys are great. Josh was very knowledgeable and provided great recommendations for our remodel of our bathroom. We would have never thought about a steam shower without his advice. We use it most days now

Josh arrived a little early, which was great. When I had called to make the appointment, King Plumbing asked me to send them photos of the problems I was having. I was able to discuss what we were seeing over the phone, so that they knew exactly what type of parts to bring. In addition, Josh brought some additional parts just in case, which we actually needed for one of the toilets having issues. Josh also cleaned out the inside of the toilet tanks to remove the sediment that had been collecting for 18 years. They looked like new inside.

I liked that we discussed whether certain work should be done or not. I felt like I got an honest reponse. I also though the total charge was very reasonable for the work done.

The other thing I liked is how Josh respected my home. He asked if he should remove his shoes and was careful where he walked.

I would definitely hire King Plumbing again if I have a plumbing issue.

King Plumbing is by far the most knowledgeable, professional, skilled, neat, polite, fast, and reasonable plumbing service in this area. We were trying to add plumbing to a new kitchenett in our basement. I had talked to few contractors and each claimed that the job is either impossible or will cost more than 10,000. King plumbing had no trouble doing the job for just a little over 1,000. Julie was wonderful to setup our appointment, Josh was great on telling me what they need to do and the estimate, Anthony arrived on time and did a fabulous job. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

King plumbing came out and did a fantastic job with short notice. They were helpful with questions after the repair and were very professional. I had them install rough in for a 2 sinks. Install a shower and plumb in a laundry machine. No issues so far.

Kings Plumbing LLC are great. They arrived during their quoted time frame. Staff were pleasant to talk with. Fixed our leaking outside faucet, turned out to be a loose connection, no charge for the house call or to tighten the loose connection. Will definitely call them again if we have a plumping issue.

Amazing service and amazing results. These guys have saved me not only once, but twice! I originally called them out to help with side sewer clean out but ended up calling them back for some help with my main as well. I had shopped around, and they were the most reasonably priced. I thought I may have to sacrifice service for the price, but quite the opposite. These guys had my plumbing up and running in no time. I don’t usually leave company reviews either, but I certainly use them when shopping around. That being said, these guys deserve the rave reviews they’ve received because they truly do have a great, quality company.

King Plumbing restored my faith in plumber-kind, much less humanity today. We had a water feature from a leaking upstairs shower that was fixed in 10 minutes and at no cost. The service was amazing and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Josh helped us with our leak. He came out twice and even gave us a referral for a water restoration company. Our leak was not so straight forward. He was thorough, honest, and helpful. Josh, Julie and Anthony at King Plumbing were incredible from start to finish. I have a Rheem Tankless water heater that has been giving me problems for years. I have paid hundred and hundreds AND HUNDREDS of dollars in emergency visits from other plumbers when the water heater goes out just for them to come put a band-aid on the problem...and it costs me $300 for them to just walk in the door. King plumbing came in and actually found the root of the problem and started working on the fix right away. I felt informed through the entire process and could not be happier with the result. Highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Hands down the best experience I've had with any service I've hired for the house. I had called 5 other plumbing companies to help me solve a clog and possible re-sewer-pipe need. Josh was the most kind and upfront professional I've met. He walked me through what to expect, what he was thinking the issue was based upon my information, and even showed me when he found the issue the other 3 guys that ran scopes actually missed. I think some of the others were just sending out subs or new guys because the hole Josh showed me was obvious. I felt like I was talking to a neighbor and it was easy to ask my questions. When it came time for the project, him and his crew were on time and very communicative. Work was done on time as expected with no issues. I chose them because of all the 5star yelp, angi, google, houz, edmonds fb group, etc. etc. reviews... I clearly see why it's all so positive. They do it right and don't play games with the homeowners. 10/10 WILL be hiring them again.

Very fast, professional, and trustworthy. Came by to fix my bath tub faucet and install a new kitchen faucet and did a great job and didn't leave a mess. Will definitely call them again should I need a plumber.
