Beware, the company answering the phone and coming out to do the work is not the company listed here. Seattle Sewer and Plumbing has 40+ years of experience and over 225 reviews. The company coming out is a much newer company with way fewer reviews called Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing.

They came out and had me sign an estimate of over 400 dollars to clear one drain in a bathroom. The young man they sent not only did not make the repair, but he tried to charge me the 400 plus dollars anyway.

Apparently it is common for companies to send out young inexperienced technicians who are not there to repair, but to upsell. Often these technicians do not know how to repair, and are given incentives to sell homeowners on projects that will cost thousands of dollars.

I called around after he left and found someone who knew exactly what to do. They fixed it and charged me half of Joe's estimate.

WHY DOES GOOGLE LET THIS COMPANY PRETEND TO BE SOMEONE THEY AREN'T?

The technician arrived on time and explained what he needed to do and what it would cost. He was efficient and courteous while performing his work and did a nice job cleaning up after completing a messy job

Got a pex re-pipe. They did it in like 1/2 a day, patch work included!

Easy to schedule, professional and reasonably priced, it definitely takes the burden out of trying to find a good handyman.

I recently had Doug come by to service my Rinnai tankless water heater. Super knowledgeable and friendly - he walked me through all the work he did and helped me understand my system better. He also saved me a lot of money - previous service providers were unwilling to clean out the unit and only wanted to sell me a much more expensive setup. I had used Joe years ago and needed his services for another job. I had an exterior faucet that was intermittently working and he was able to come out a day after I e-mailed him. Not only did he fix it pretty quickly (~30 mins) it was a very fair price. Very pleased with Joe!

Jennifer called me first thing on the Monday morning after Thanksgiving. Our water heater had died an invevitable death on the Saturday morning after a long life, and we decided to forego hot water until Monday. But first thing, she dispatched James and Josh to our place. Excellent communication, James popped by to assess the property before ordering a new tank, and by 3:00 pm, we had hot water. We have been considering a tankless option, and although we went with upgrading to another Bradford White tank, we would certainly call Wezee's again if we do an on-demand retrofit. It also sounds like Wezee's treats its plumbers well in exchange for excellent workpersonship, and that's a win-win in my book. A plumber who's respected will respect a customer in turn. Go with Wezee's!

This is the best plumber I have ever used in the 35 years of living in my old house. Joe did a great job and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. He was quick to respond the same day I called and the price was very reasonable. I wi recommend him to every one of my friends.

Full of excuses, waited 3 weeks for them to fix a broken shower, lack of communication on rescheduling and when things will be fixed

Service was fine, they responded quickly, came out and determined root cause. Unfortunately our problem ended up requiring hydro blasting and that wasn't available till the next morning.They arrived a bit later than expected, however they got the job done fairly quickly.The ending bill was quite high. Even though I was initially told the first portion (500+) would be deducted from the hydro work, they only took off 10%. Though I cannot say for sure if that happened since i didn't know what the original cost would have been.So for a plumber to come out, snake the pipe, then hydro blast it (all from an easy access point outside), I paid over 1600.00 dollars! The end result is I have a functional plumbing system again.But still, way too high a price.Update: Mr. Rooter did indeed get back to me in the form of an email notifying me of the refund of the initial payment as stated during the visit.Thank you Mr. Rooter. I do appreciate you honoring the stated costs.(even bumped rating up to 4 stars)

Wezee's came out to assess whether or not our 20+ year old toilet could be fixed. They were very honest about the fact it would cost us more in the long run to try and fix an old toilet at this point, and recommended installing a new toilet and stop angle valve instead. When they came back to install the new toilet, they were prompt, very friendly and efficient in getting the toilet installed during the time window they promised. My favorite part of the new install is the small yet effective line of caulking! Our old toilet had a giant ugly line of caulking - so this is a great improvement. I highly recommend Wezee's for all your plumbing needs.

Wanted to just say that this company and its owner is a real class act! One of their trucks came through our coffee stand and hit it but they were quick to fix it and they did an excellent job! We have used Raymark for years, and never have anything but great outcomes. Mario was our tech on a leak in the vanity in the bathroom. He was prompt, courteous and clean . A typical Raymark employee.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
