It was extremely easy to schedule with Local Rooter. Jaime was dispatched to my site and he arrived earlier than expected but he called me to confirm if he could come at that time. My house had a terrible smelling after remodeling, but I could not find out what it come from. Jaime walked through the house and checked out the plumbing system.
After looking under the house, Jaime concluded that the cause was likely due to a missing p-trap behind the washer. He gave me the quote and did a great job after agreeing with the cost. I was pleased when the smell disappeared completely.

Pablo Diaz was the most amazing plumber. He was punctual, informative and had great customer service. I was very impressed with his professionalism.

Sergio was not able to resolve the issue. The sink was still clogged when he left. Yet I was charged $79.00 for the service that was not taken cared of. I just decided not to ask him to come anymore even if issue still exists.

Arrived when promised. Finished when promised. Outstanding job. I would request him for my next plumbing requirements. At the end of the job He cleaned everything to spot less. Thank you Marcus

These guys are just so good from start to finish. From the first call talking to a really pleasant person instead of endless prompts, to Phil, the guy who cleaned out our sewer line and who was super nice, experienced, professional and on time and who did the work exactly as estimated at a very reasonable rate. And the follow up call I needed to make after hours to a voicemail system that works flawlessly and got the message to the right person, they clearly pay attention to the little things as well as big... it just adds up to an excellent experience worth writing about. HIGHLY recommended.

My dog is a total menace and needs to let everyone know he’s in the room. I wasn’t sure how the tech would feel, and I was willing to put him away but the repair guy was very nice and absolutely comfortable around the dog. He just had such a nice calm demeanor and I appreciated the lack of drama.

Wilber was very pleasant to work with. He kept in touch with me about the type of toilet I wanted. He installed it and two valves quickly and professionally
and disposed of the old toilet. The bathroom was left completely clean. I would definitely call him again for any plumbing needs.

The plumber Daniel was on time, courteous, outlined the problem and solution and the cost of repairs.

Kiet and his colleague were nice, friendly, awesome and quick! He answered my call regarding my water heater leaking and he told me he was in the area and would come right over to give me a quote. He was at my house in 30 mins took a look at my water heater and told me I needed a new one due to how old it was and that it looks to have been leaking for awhile. The leak was so bad that the plywood was bowing and mushrooms started growing. The water heater I had was 30 years old. He then proceeded to tell me what needed to get done and provided me with a quote which I agreed on. He drained the water tank and left to get the supplies. He came back with his colleague and got straight to work. They had my water heater installed in no time. They kept the work area clean and cleaned up the water from the leak. I am so happy with the work they did!

I have used Venture Plumbing several times now over the years. They have done things such as fixed or replaced old plumbing in my house, they also did all the new plumbing in my home remodel. The City of Morgan Hill started in June 2022 a new requirement for PSL (private sewer line) Inspections prior to selling a house. They also have a Grant Program that reimburses the homeowner up to 50% of costs for repair or replacement.

I requested my first replacement bid from TrenchFree and Carlos came out and viewed the video I received from the inspection I paid for from another company that doesn't do repairs but used his own camera to view the sewer and gave a free esitmate. I needed two more estimates for the Grant Program, it was like pulling teeth to get the estimates and some Contractors wanted to charge from $250-500 just to give a bid. I submitted my three bids and the city chose TrenchFree as the lowest and approved the Grant.

I can't say enough about how great they were to work with all while I had already relocated out of state for retirement!

Probably not space to mention all the contacts I had but Thanks Carlos for getting it all started and to all the others involved! With the reports/video I received and submitted, I was informed by the city that all looks good and my check from the Grant Program will be on the way!
