I had a leak on water heater. Found Local Rooter on Google and read many good reviews. I decided to call them. Duey picked the phone and set up an appointment to replace the new one. Jaime showed up on time and do the job quickly. I was satisfied with their service and definitely call them again.

We called Elite Rooter for a clog in our drain system. They were able to come out the same day (very important since the drain was completely clogged and not draining at all). The worker (Salvador) showed up on time, assessed the job, and then did it. He even wanted to check to make sure we had no other drain problems (our pipes are old) before he left. We were very impressed. The price was very reasonable and the service was great. Salvador was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We will definitely be calling on them again.

Genmor Plumbing is the best company for any plumbing services. They have been my go to company for more than 3 years until I didn't need their services anymore and started using a different company. Their customer service was always there when they needed it, even if they had to call me at work. They're very friendly and always willing to help in any way they could.

We had a backup in our kitchen sink on Thanksgiving day The repair tech came in and took care of the problem immediately. He was courteous and respectful getting the job done rapidly. He was in and out allowing us to finish our holiday meal.

I called $15 Sewer service in the morning to unclog the drain in the bath tub in my house. I was expecting to pay between $100-$200 to snake the drain. The technician (Martin Benitez) arrived at 12:30PM, fixed the problem, and billed me $15 (fifteen dollars)!!!! Honest person, honest service. Thank you.

Hector came for our annual inspection of our water heater, as part of our membership terms. He found that our water pressure was dangerously high. A pressure valve was not longer working. He also found a section of pipe was sagging and leaking, under the house. He returned the following day and replaced the valve and the 10 foot section of pipe. He found another valve with a similar issue and replaced it at no cost. Hector and his partner were knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They did a tremendous job!

I filled out a Home Depot web request to have a professional replace my leaking water heater. The next morning I received a call from ARS, and we scheduled a visit by their estimator (John) later that day. My heater is in a cramped interior space, so we were concerned whether there was space to fit a replacement with the same capacity as the old one (newer heaters are bigger because they have more insulation). John spent a long time sending photos to and talking with someone back in their office, and concluded it would (barely) fit. He explained some additional work needed to bring things up to code, what it would cost, and we signed the paperwork. Later in the same day, the installer (Guy) showed up to look things over, and spotted a problem. Turns out the space was too cramped after all, so I was forced to go with a slightly smaller tank. Guy got John on the phone, we talked through the options, and they gave me overnight to decide. The next day I decided, John returned, we updated the paperwork, then Guy showed up with the replacement tank, and 4 or 5 hours later, my new tank was installed and functioning. Overall about 48 hours from Home Depot online click till job completed. The whole time they did a great job of communicating what was going to happen when, what my options were, and following through. Very professional, I would happily work with them again.

We can't recommend Jose and his team enough; they are the best! They are truly life-savers and completed a large and extremely complicated project with minimal disruption. After weeks of struggling to find the right solution to our plumbing issues, we couldn't have been more grateful to find Pipe-Thru and couldn't have asked for a crew that was more efficient, professional, courteous, effective, and thorough. We are truly ecstatic with the quality of their work.

Over the last two months, we've been dealing with main sewer line issues. When we reached out to Pipe-Thru, Jose responded very promptly and came to do an assessment; within 20 minutes he was able to accurately identify the real problem. Instead of trying to replace all of the old piping that ran throughout our backyard, he provided an elegant and novel solution of creating a new sewer line with the trenchless pneumatic bullet method in front of our house to connect to the city clean out. Not only that, but this was much more cost effective than other methods we had been evaluating.

The following week, Jose and his team arrived very punctually to begin the work. They were incredibly efficient and finished the entire job in 2 days. Throughout the project, they were proactive in educating us about different parts of the project, going above and beyond to resolve new issues that came up without increasing the price, and giving us heads up about water disruption (which was very minimal). They took special care to make sure that none of our landscaping was impacted, and cleaned up so well that you never would have known they were there. Other projects we were considering would have required damaging large parts of our back porch, yard, and concrete, whereas with Pipe-Thru none of our landscaping was impacted at all.

We are truly so grateful for Jose and his team. Plumbing problems are stressful and this team gives you complete peace of mind. Thank you Pipe-Thru!!!

I called Drain Doctors with an emergency early Sunday morning July 3rd. Water heater blew out and partially flooded our downstairs. Had the whole family coming over for a bbq that evening, at 5pm.
Bobby shows up at 10:15am, on time with a new water heater. By noon Bobby had us up and running.
Efficient, professional, friendly and took the time to explain everything he needed to do. Also, took the time to go over a few things to help me extend the life of the unit he installed.

I've used EJ Plumbing a few times in the past and I called them recently to help diagnose and service our tankless water system- no running hot water after a recent power outage.The earliest available wasn't until a few days later but I know they can be trusted so I was willing to wait the extra days. Daniel called an hour before the scheduled window to let me know he was in the area and if he could come sooner. He came within 15 minutes and less than an hour later, I was able to take my hot shower!Service fee to have plumber come out is on the pricier side ($275) but I'd rather go with a trusted plumber than a random plumber I had no prior experience with.
