I had a great experience with Local Rooter's plumbing services! My kitchen sink was clogged seriously on Sunday, and Local Rooter was the only company that responded promptly in the morning. Duey helped diagnose the problem and informed me that two guys would need to use a pressure tool to fix it the next day. On Monday, Jorge and Jaime arrived on time and quickly resolved the issue within 2 hours. I highly recommend Local Rooter for any plumbing needs! .

Kevin you was very friendly and responsive. He made sure to explain the work that was being performed and to also document and changes to scope of work and the reason for it. His team was excited to discuss the task they were completing or the materials being used. They were made sure to stay in constant communication with myself or the tenants on work being done that day and what to expect in the coming days. Erick Valdez came out to inspect toilet lines. He inspected both of them and then checked in the crawl space and found no leaks. He also inspected the cleanout and found that to be working fine, also. No work and no charge. He was also on time and called 15 minutes before he arrived.

First time customer and the service was outstanding. By that I don’t just mean our problem was fixed. I mean it was fixed professionally and courteously. Allstar Plumbing does deserve all stars based on our experience. Getting saved as a contact in my phone means the service rated quite high.

We have used ARS three times now within the last 6 months. The first time was for a scheduled gas line issue. We received such outstanding old fashioned customer service that we immediately called them for our more recent emergency issues which were leaking valves and a clogged sewer line from the garbage disposal. Each of the three technicians were so incredibly friendly. They walked us through the problems and possible solutions. They went the extra mile each time and I wondered if it was a family run company because of the way they do business. One of the most remarkable things is their ability to send someone out within hours of our emergency call. They followed up with a text message and phone call letting us know exactly when the technician would arrive. Their prices were as quoted and reasonable. It’s such a relief to find a company like this. We never like having to call for a plumber but we sure are glad to have one we can trust.
