I just bought a house and need to remodel the master bathroom. After calling Local Rooter, Duey came in in the afternoon to check the site and send me a quote in the evening. We decided to hire Local Rooter after approaching two more plumbers. Duey offered a fair price and was very responsive to all of my concerns. Duey clearly explains how to handle the job and what materials he will use. The job was completed on time and I am satisfied with their professional service.

Sewer line was completely blocked at mid-day. I was able to get a tech to arrive by late afternoon and he worked into the night to unclog the sewer line.

I called at 530 am and talked to a gal who said they would be out by 800 and some one would call at 730 to let me know that a person was on the way I called them at 755 and they had no record of my call so the gentleman I spoke with said he could have someone out there between 10 and 12 they got there by 11 and had my drain unclog by 1115 so thank you for your help great job

David came with his apprentice, Lau, within 2 hours of calling and promptly diagnosed the cause of a problem that had stumped several plumbers and handymen that I had consulted since the problem first appeared about 15 years ago! AND he fixed the current main problem that I was calling him for (no hot water in the shower). His rates were comparable to other plumbers, he was very professional and helpful and NEAT, and accommodated my tight schedule perfectly-completing the job in 1.5 hours! And they accept credit cards, and send invoices by email and respond to texts. Will definitely call them again.

Wow! Water Quality Plumbing came through for us again. Previously they installed new copper plumbing, repiped our sewer system, and now installed our third water heater. And, they arrived one hour after we called for help! Arnold was as professional as all WQ employees are. He did a great job, cleaned up after he was finished, and gave detailed information regarding the water heater. We are very pleased. So, next time you need a plumbing service call Water Quality. 08/12/21-Called at noon & Wilver, Repair Tech came by 1:30pm. He was able to swap out my old with a new water heater, as well as, haul the old one away. It took him 1 1/2 hours to complete and it was glorious to have hot water again (after one week...argh). Cost was $1,400 (parts, labor & haul away). The good news was we were able to get a refund for half the cost at Home Depot due to warranty. Very thankful for his help and would use him again.

A well-deserved 5 Stars for Jose and Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing for the estimate, the actual work, the clean up, and the cost. Trenchless was definitely the way to go. My job was done to perfection, and the cost was lower than other estimates.

Jose was super responsive when scheduling the estimate. The estimate was thorough and detailed and included pulling permits. The crew showed up on time, was friendly (I kept coming out to take pictures of the progress) and finished ahead of the estimated time (my wife liked having the sewer back). After the city inspection, they thoroughly compacted when refilling the hole. They even carefully uncovered some irises they had to cover with dirt. The irises look no worse for the wear. There's no way to tell they were even here.
