RooterHero does good work. The SMS text system is really convenient and efficient for scheduling appointments. My one caution: they can be very pricey on some jobs such as water heater replacements so consider getting other quotes if you have time. Otherwise, these guys are solid.

Antonio was awesome, super knowledgeable and got my clogged toilet fixed asap. He also told me about potential future issues with the type of pipes we had so that was helpful. Covid ready! Antonio showed up with a mask and shoe coverings. Very friendly guy. Will use again in the future.

ARS/Resue Rooter Bay Area South-Jerry and Enzo were very knowledgeable and explained the process as they were going through our pipes. They not only installed our toilet but told us what they recommend us to do. Jerry explained to us as we looked through the camera what the blockage was and what to do to avoid future clogs.
I also, liked that they gave us a paper and email invoice for the service done.

Jose and his team did an excellent job of installing trenchless pipe for our main sewer pipe. Jose was courteous, prompt and professional. He explained the scope of the work clearly and gave us estimates upfront. His quote was reasonable and quality of work was top notch.

Mike Falcone gave me a reasonable quote for installing a new AC/Heating System for our house. Mike even made an offer without losing any of my build it cabinets and closet space. I've contacted EJ plumbing on Friday afternoon 8/27/21. I had my garage flooded due to the clogging of the drain for the washing machine (during the washing cycles) and also my kitchen sink drain was completely clogged at the same time. I was concerned that this problem may not be resolved until Monday since the weekend was coming. Patti has answered the call and was very professional and supportive. Two plumbers have arrived in forty minutes. I've got the text message informing me in advance about the arrival time. They not only cleaned the drain for the washing machine in the garage and drain for my kitchen sink. They have cleaned the drains for two toilets and the main line up to the street. Everything was finished professionally in 30 minutes. The plumbers very friendly, professional, respectful. They have cleaned the floor in the bathrooms and they worn face masks as required. I was impressed and grateful. Thanks a lot, EJ plumbing. Now I know where to call for my plumbing needs and who to recommend to my relatives and friends.

I googled, called Legacy to install new takless water heater and wanted to get it done in a week. They promptyly sent out Jorge the very ext day. Jorge tunred out to be extremely knowleagable, was able to provide quote within hours, showed up next day with water heater and did extremely professional job. Reasonable price for a quality job, exceptional! Highly recommended!
