I had a sudden leak and Regina told me to call the 24 hour line and would send someone out ASAP. I called that night and they sent someone to take care of the leak the next morning. While they were out, they identified a larger, long-term problem and quoted us a price on taking care of it (replacing aging and clogged cast-iron waste pipes under our old house, we knew it would need to be done someday but were not aware of the extent of the problem). The price was not cheap but the work was neat and tidy (they took lots of photos and video to show us) and everything is running great right now. Did not feel unsafe as the guys were good about distancing and following established CDC guidelines for keeping us all healthy. Towards the end of the project I think they got busy on other projects so it took a little extra time to get everything finished up - they had to get a subcontractor out to patch a hole behind a toilet and then Heber had to come back to put the toilet back for us, he came back at almost 6 pm to get the toilet put back on for us and we really appreciated not having to wait another day for that! Overall, they are expensive but the quality seems to be high. I would not call them for a small job but that 100% satisfaction guarantee on a job this big really makes me feel better.Review part II - Had a minor issue with the toilet they installed and Regina got Richard out for me to fix it. We had to reschedule a couple of times since they had a guy out sick but Regina was great about getting him out for us for such a small job even when they were super busy and Richard took care of the minor warranty repair and made it really easy for us.

Scheduling for the service was outstanding and Pablo was very professional and polite. Would definitely use Crown Plumbing again without hesitancy.

I found the leaking on the ceiling. Call Local Rooter to check on and get a quote. Duey showed up at 3pm. He's been able to find out the leaking issue in 10 mins after he arrived. He was nice and professional.

After the Kitchen sink installment by Elite I'm still paying another company for the mistakes made by Elite ($800 worth). I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for any work or it will cost you later!

We can't recommend Jose and his team enough; they are the best! They are truly life-savers and completed a large and extremely complicated project with minimal disruption. After weeks of struggling to find the right solution to our plumbing issues, we couldn't have been more grateful to find Pipe-Thru and couldn't have asked for a crew that was more efficient, professional, courteous, effective, and thorough. Over the last two months, we've been dealing with main sewer line issues. When we reached out to Pipe-Thru, Jose responded very promptly and came to do an assessment; within 20 minutes he was able to accurately identify the real problem. Instead of trying to replace all of the old piping that ran throughout our backyard, he provided an elegant and novel solution of creating a new sewer line with the trenchless pneumatic bullet method in front of our house to connect to the city clean out. Not only that, but this was much more cost effective than other methods we had been evaluating.

The following week, Jose and his team arrived very punctually to begin the work. They were incredibly efficient and finished the entire job in 2 days. Throughout the project, they were proactive in educating us about different parts of the project, going above and beyond to resolve new issues that came up without increasing the price, and giving us heads up about water disruption (which was very minimal). They took special care to make sure that none of our landscaping was impacted, and cleaned up so well that you never would have known they were there. Other projects we were considering would have required damaging large parts of our back porch, yard, and concrete, whereas with Pipe-Thru none of our landscaping was impacted at all.

Great Customer Service. His guys showed up on time and did the job right the first time.

We called CMS needing a water heater replacement, and after asking if we were without hot water they said they would try to rush getting a new one for us. They set us up for an appointment the very next morning, and Nickolas from CMS showed up promptly and started to work on it. Nickolas was friendly and very professional, and he did a great job replacing our old water heater.

Update 1/27/23: A week after installation we found that the water heater was leaking from one of the hoses, and promptly called CMS plumbing and let them know. The dispatch one of their plumbers named Louie within a few hours and he came to check it out. Louie was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to fix the issue and get it back up and running. Louie also took extra time to check everything out on the water heater to make sure nothing else was wrong, and cleaned up all the water so it was ready to go. Excellent work!

Very responsive person to talk to while setting up repair of our water heater. The technician came out the next day and replaced the broken thermal couple. Very pleased overall.

We had them install a tankless water heater and a circulation pump. We now get hot water in all of our rooms in about 5 seconds, whereas it was taking a couple minutes of running the water previously. It took them a little longer than expected, but they stayed and finished that evening, which was so appreciated. They were responsive, cleaned up well and a great value. Would definitely recommend this company.
