Excellent service, technician went above highest expectations even installing fire alarms to get the final city permit approval.

Our kitchen sink was clogged so I called to get it fixed. The technician arrived within the hour and was able to fix our sink and clean out the pipes in 30mins! Everyone I interacted with at the company was professional and helpful. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend Crown Plumbing!

We used Marti's Plumbing Service for an emergency water heater change-out in June, 2021. We also asked that they apply for a building permit on our behalf, and Marti's agreed.

The technician sent by Marti's did not install all of the necessary parts for the water heater. He also cut the line between the water heater and the washer and caused a leak. Only after multiple conversations did Marti's compensate us for the amount that we had paid to repair the leak.

Marti's also refused to apply for a building permit after their initial promise, so I applied for a water heater change-out permit on my own. I received the following list of corrections from the City of Cupertino's building inspector. I called Marti's many times to bring the water heater up to code, because they provide a one-year warranty with their services, but it was very difficult to reach them to schedule a follow-up visit.

City of Cupertino's List of Required Corrections:

1. Single wall vent connector for water heater requires 6 min clearance to combustibles ( Sheetrock ) and single wall connector not approved for penetrating rated assembly.
2. Provide access to vent flue to verify B-vent or install new for water heater flue.
3. Provide insulation on first 5'ft of water lines at water heater
4. T&P piping at termination to not be threaded and to terminate 6-24 off garage floor or pipe to exterior and maintain same termination clearance off ground surface
5. Water heater to be fully blocked and braced
6. Water heater bracing at lower brace to be located within bottom 1/3 and 4 above control valve
7. Tighten water heater bracing
8. Provide water bond hot to cold and to gas line.
9. Provide approved expansion tank brace and install per manufactures installation instructions
10. Provide sediment trap on gas line after the valve and before the flex

Kevin and his team at Bueno Plumbing did a great job! My kitchen sink was backing up and would not drain. They did a thorough inspection and found the 46 y.o. pipe under the house leaking and the cleanout corroded. Also my pressure valve was rusted shut and I had 120PSI coming in. They fixed it all, and I am happily back to being able to use my sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal once again!

Who ever did the work, he's very good. He explained what's going on and the problem, the first and final solution. He cleaned up after the work is done. I am grateful and very satisfied with his work.

I contacted Best Bay Plumbing few months ago for our irrigation pipe leak, Abel came next day and gave me honest suggestion of not fixing it as I'll be doing landscape renovation soon.

Few months later I needed plumber to install aquasana water softener & replace our gas heater with electric hybrid heater, Abel gave me fairly reasonable labor quote, and came quickly once my water heater arrives. He came with 2 of his workers on time and performed installation with care. For example he used better connector then the one came with softener. Also took care of condensation line requirement for the new heater. Worth mention they kept the job site clean and hauls away all garbage including the old heater and packaging materials.

Chris did a terrific job of fixing a significant leak under my kitchen sink. The leak appeared in the middle of the night and he got it fixed the next morning. Very thorough job!

We had a mess when the laundry room drain backed up into the garage. Ricardo came from Allstar Plumbing. He followed the pipes from the drain to make the repair. He did a great job. With three kids, I couldn’t have been without my machine.

Very professional, very personable. Wilber is on top of things. We called him about a failed water heater. He quickly came over late in the afternoon on Saturday to check it out and replaced it the next morning. He offered different options and were ended up getting a larger water tank since we have multiple families living in the house. I recommend this company; I will be using him for all my plumbing woes.

Very responsive, on time and excellent execution. I had a terrible clog in the main pipe coming out of the kitchen sink which I couldn’t fix on my own using DIY methods. I messaged Swags and they came back to me few mins later, could accommodate my emergency and scheduled me for same day appointment. Jaime arrived sharply at the scheduled time and fixed the clog and also fixed the pipes under the sink all in less than 1 hour and without leaving any mess behind. Excellent service, I strongly recommend them.

In a nutshell, Plumbtree has been professional and has gotten the job done right. During these past several weeks, Plumbtree performed different jobs for us, including identifying and repairing a leak, replacing a water heater, a partial repiping of a section of our home and new faucet installations. The technician Richard is incompetent. Acts like he doesn't know what he's doing so he can take longer to charge you more. I have never paid more than $175 for the same service he preformed. Richard charged me $350. Outrageous.
Save yourself some money and go with a different company.
