I have worked with Bueno Plumbing on various repairs - they have always been responsive, professional, and exceptionally nice.

Plumbing work can be costly (and this company is reasonable IMHO), you might as well get a top notch/reputable company to do the work!

Note: I have a BS in Civil Engineering and have done a LOT of my own home repairs over the years - I just don't do plumbing (but I do understand it).

Work Details: I originally called Bueno Plumbing to remove a failed cross-over valve at my hot-water heater (an uncommonly used valve that effectively acts as a anti-scald valve for the entire house - it had failed wide open in the cold position and was preventing hot water from getting to the rest of the house). This work was done professionally and for a reasonable price (and completely resolved the hot water issue).

Unfortunately removing that valve exposed a water-hammer issue with the copper piping in our home (it was repiped 20+ years ago and in hind-sight the valve had been gradually failing over the last 10+ years we have been in the house since we have now been able to greatly reduce the temperature on the hotwater heater). Thus began a cycle of trouble-shooting the water-hammer problem (which was not easily reproducible but would often wake me in the middle of the night). Note: The business owner said it was probably an unsecured pipe to begin with, but it would likely require opening walls up which could be costly. A number of repairs (to include opertunistic repares) were done without opening the walls. Most of this work needed to be done and there isn't anything that I would undo. All of this eliminated the loud water-hammer, but we still had an occassional soft knocking/vibrating noise in the pipes a couple of times a day, but now the location seemed to be fairly obvious. Today they showed up (the morning after I called them), looked into the area I believed to be the source of the problem and strapped the suspected pipes (pipes could easily be moved by hand and get a knock) - and to top it off, this visit was complimentary (pipes were behind a small access panel - plumber was agile enough to reach where I could not and do the work). So, add generous to the list of positive attributes for this business.

Always do a great job. They are very reliable and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Rafeal came after some very good communication on their side. He was very good at his job and is excellent on recommending more services. If you have cash to burn, this is a great company to do business with, however to give you an idea of what your in for, a 24' sewer snake and camera costs $349, a cleanout was quoted at $1300, and a in place clay pipe replacement and adding a cleanout: $8270. Rafael claims that these prices are median for the business, and I have to admit that I don't know what other plumbers will charge, but this all seems on the high end to me. They wouldn't quote anything over the phone.

I contacted SWAGS around 12pm, was advised they could arrive between 3-5pm, and actually showed up at my doorstep at around 1:30pm. I cannot begin to thank Dan and Daniel for arriving earlier than expected and for identifying the issue, and resolving it so quickly. We booked an appointment today for drain clog. The technician arrived 1.5 hours late and then decided to not even come inside to give a quote. His excuse was that there was no parking!!! I even found his truck and went to show him the parking space and he was downright rude and also does not understand the language. Very poor customer service, think twice before engaging from this company

PS : To clarify, the parking space was right in front of the area and the driver refused to come out and not in the firezone as you have replied!!! . Guess he was getting late to his other appointment and since he came late to mine, he just decided to skip it

EJ plumber Steven did a great job helping me with a faucet that would not seat properly and snaking my master bath tub. Very competent, clean, friendly, positive person. I will use EJ plumbing again.

We placed a call to United Plumbing on a Saturday and Joe was very nice to get us a Tech to come out on Sunday. The job was to relocate water lines and drains for a double vanity. The Technician’s name was Den B. who was extremely professional and diligent, everything was well done. Will use again!

On one occasion, I found the garage flooded due to the washing machine drain overflowing.
