We used Cupertino Plumbing a little while back to do a full remodel of our Master Bathroom. We really wanted a freestanding tub but knew we needed to be creative with the space. They helped come up with a design plan and the final result was amazing! In the end, they built a beautiful standalone shower, moved our vanity and toilet, and added a freestanding tub. A big Thanks to Frank and his crew!!

Cupertino Plumbing came out when I found a burst water pipe under my house. It was easy to get someone on the phone, they were able to respond quickly and make the necessary repairs. Everyone was friendly, and their services were fairly priced. I live in Gilroy it can be challenging to find a decent company willing to make the drive. I’m lucky I found these guys and will happily refer them to anyone in need.

Highly Recommend these guys. Frank took time to verify the estimate in a professional and positive manner. He gave just enough technical information to understand that part of my sewer needed to be replaced along with the toilet.
Work started right away and was finished before the estimated time they gave. The worker kept the house clean in the walk ways and made an effort not to track dirt or water all over the house.
Very satisfied with my service and the completed work was excellent.

My water heater went out and I couldn’t find someone to repair it. It was out for two days. Once I called Cupertino Plumbing they responded in a timely fashion, with the nicest workers, and made a huge difference for me and my family. Happy to say we have warm water again! And their professionalism was superb. I will definitely always count on Cupertino Plumbing for any future issues that arise. I was very pleased with their services. Thank you guys!!!

10/10 recommend! Brandon called me about an hour after I sent a message for service and Mario was at my house the same day! He was friendly and professional, and quickly identified the issue. He performed the repairs quickly and was honest in his assessment. He finished all the repairs within a few hours, answered any questions I had and gave me confidence the job was being done honestly and correctly. I have definitely found my plumbing repair company from now on!!

Needed a new toilet installation. Cupertino Plumbing came out the next day to do the installation. They also discovered some issues with a cracked drain pipe and some copper piping which needed replacing. Danny, Eric, and Roberto were helpful, professional, and got the job done efficiently. Took photos of the before and after of their work. Cleanup was great.

Our journey began with Brandon Williams. I contacted Brandon and explained our pipe and plumbing situation and he responded immediately with options and a fair quote. Once it was agreed that we would proceed with him and his team, he sent out a team that was super friendly and easy to work with. Once it was determined that we were in for a far bigger operation than expected, we received another very fair quote and they began work immediately. Mario, Danny, Daniel and Hugo were fantastic to work with and they made us feel so comfortable along the way. The end result was has made such an improvement to our home.
For us, it boiled down to wanting to find a company that was local and trustworthy. Cupertino Plumbing knocked it out of the park and they will do that for you too.

I highly recommend Cupertino Plumbing! I run a small business in Campbell and we have a single toilet in an old building that has always needed frequent repair. I have gone through a handful of plumbers and was never really able to find someone who could help me find a solution. Cupertino Plumbing hit all the marks - professional, timely, reasonably priced, and very friendly and informative!! They’re the best and I will be using them going forward for all of our plumbing needs.

I had a clogged sink for months and finally it got to the point where I couldn’t live with it anymore. Called Cupertino Plumbing and spoke to Brandon. He sent a gentleman by the name of Danny out the same day!! Both Brandon and Danny were super professional and the fact that they offered same day service was amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

I WILL USE THEM AGAIN!! I had a fast response to my call for a repiping of kitchen sink that was slow to drain. Did replacement of sink piping (showed me removed clogged section). They also provided pictures of terrible looking under house's original horizontal galvanized piping. I added contracte for an all horizontal pipe replacement. Job completed in 4-5 days. Their quotes even included a holiday discount + 2 gratis toilets. Frankie & Branden were very helpful and understanding. All of the site employees were very considerate, arrived on time and kept me informed of progress.

We were having several calls to roto-rooter to clear a recurring clog in our pipes. The third time we called got a high quote from them to unclog our toilet. We then called Cupertino Plumbing they were lower for the same job. They got it going, they felt that there was a further problem. They quoted us a further job to install a cleanout so the pipe could be inspected with a camera.
They found water in the pipe and it looked like the existing iron pipe had a sag in it where toilet paper could get stuck. We ended up having them replace the entire sewer line under the house and they replaced a section of pipe in front yard.
Danny was the technician that we communicated with. He was very informative and helpful throughout the entire job. The workers were very clean about the process and nice. They even provided pictures of the job.
I highly recommend this company. We also had some grab bars installed on my 95 yesr old moms shower. We had asked several companies to come out and do this job. Cupertino Plumbing came through! My mom said workers were very nice and she feels much safer!

He not only solved our plumbing issue within minutes but he also took the time to tighten up some loose faucets and show up what we need to replace soon for basic maintenance. I used these guys a while back when I was in a pinch and they did a quick and fantastic job. Tankless water heater went out on a rental I have in the LG Mtns. Tenants need water, and they were able to get up there quickly and get it done. I’m a bit delayed on this review, since it was a year ago and totally forgot to leave it, but I’ve not had any problems with it and would absolutely use them again.

Cupertino Plumbing came out to our rental property to help with a leaking water heater. They removed the old one and installed a new one. They were on time and did good work. I keep their number on hand for any plumbing issues at any of my rental properties and my home as well!

Had a clogged kitchen sink full of sewage water and was recommended to this business by previous plumber who’s no longer available for “small jobs”. Danny Perez came to do the job and he was very professional and friendly. He followed Covid protocol (which was very much appreciated) and even clean the kitchen sink after he was done. I told Danny I would be asking for him if I have any future plumbing issues.

As a representative for St Judes Church in Cupertino, I solicited a bid from Cupertino Plumbing for major sewer repairs. The bid was competitive with other bids received, and was accepted as the best value. When additional repairs were discovered, Cupertino plumbing rebid the new repairs at a reasonable rate and completed them in a timely fashion. As a church we required special usages and an assurance that our system would have little disruption. Cupertino Plumbing was able to satisfy this throughout the period of repair. Cupertino Plumbing replaced all the old galvanized pipes with new copper pipes. They were so professional and quiet, helpful and kind. They got it done quickly and with as little disruption as possible - and the finished product is amazing. The Team was great to work with - thank you Hugo, Mario, Isaac, Brandon, and Frankie!

We had Cupertino Plumbing replace all of our old galvanized and cast iron drain pipes, along with installing a new water heater and two new toilets. We are very happy with the work they did. It was a major multi-day project that required cutting holes in walls and ceilings. They were pleasant, professional, and responsive. Everything works great now, and the places where they patched the walls and ceilings look nice. A really good job. We definitely will call them for any future plumbing work.

I started using Cupertino Plumbing about 4 months ago at my home and they are the only plumbing company I will use going forward. Very professional, they came in and fixed multiple issues I was having in under an hour and a half. It was great service and will be calling them again.

Cupertino Plumbing did an awesome job on my sewer and main line repair. Came out and started the same day. To reach the line where it connected with the street, they had to dig down nearly 8 ft., skillfully avoiding the big PGE power line. They took care of all the details, including permit, inspection, cleanup. Great job communicating. I would definitely recommend.

Cupertino Plumbing just replumbed our whole house and rebuilt our drainage system. They were efficient, communicative, and timely every day and went to great lengths to keep things clean and tidy. Every afternoon they would set expectations about the next day and every day they did what they say they would do which we very much appreciated. For big plumbing jobs they quality of workmanship and service can’t be beat.

I would urge other consumers not to call this business & if you do don't be surprised by poor customer service and attitude from good ol' Frank the owners son. He is a very good mansplainer as well as rude to my handyman that was here! Who does that? Frank seems to choose words that are negative and condescending - he passively will talk down to you, and his body language matches his vibe-- he just oozes privilege --you will know it the moment he walks in the room.

In today's financial climate, who supports small business with attitudes-- we won't be spending a dime with company. We only giving two stars cause their employees Brandon, on the phone, and Danny who came out for the estimate two days in a row were wonderful! Danny was professional, & offered great customer service--we were ready to sign because of Danny regardless! Then Frank walks in with the big ol chip and blows a job that woulda been at least 10k minimum! One thing this guy didn't learn from his late owner, clearly-- is respect!

For 25 years, I have always used another plumber. This time I used Cupertino Plumbing and was very happily surprised. A few days ago, in the late afternoon I had a leak, called my usual plumber, and they could not come out for 4 days. I called Cupertino and they came first thing the next morning. They were polite, professional, and the bill was 1/2 what I was expecting. That afternoon, the repair resulted in another problem, I called, and they returned within the hour. These guys are extremely responsive and fair. I have a new plumber for the next 25 years. Thanks CP.

We had water running down the entire street and it's now dry. They replaced the an OLD and leaking galvanized pipe from our house to the street. I plan to make them our plumber to call as they were that good at what they do!

Cupertino Plumbing dispatched Angel to check out a strange noise the water heater was making. I turned off the heater before he arrived and, of course, magically the sound eventually stopped. Angel said he would be at my house before 4 pm, he arrived before 3 pm, turned on the heater and spent the next thirty minutes teaching me basic maintenance and waiting for the sound to come back (which it didn't). He didn't charge me a dime. Cupertino Plumbing originally installed this heater two years ago. Their service and professionalism are superb!

Ron looked at the job and said the plumbing was set up wrong--he could clean the drain, but the problem would keep coming back. He diagnosed what was wrong and FIXED IT. No more drain cleaners for me! A++++ job! Not the cheapest, but peace of mind the job is done RIGHT!

Called Cupertino Plumbing mid-morning on a holiday for a drain blockage I couldn't break myself. They sent Frankie out before mid-afternoon. He was friendly, polite and competent. He quoted me a competitive price that I could live with. It took a bit of work, but he had the drain cleared in an hour. Everything about the experience worked out well.

Used them twice during the last month. Once for replacing all the horizontal drainage under my house, and once for replacing a tankless water heater with a tanked one. In both times Angel and his team did a clean and professional work. Cupertino plumbing were very responsive and communicative. While they are not the cheapest out there, they are certainly worth their price.

Update May 2020:
Used them for four more jobs and still think they deserve 5 stars. Every time they responded quickly, showed up promptly, and did a professional job. (Bathroom vanity installation, Tankless heater replacement, Shower faucet replacement and Leak detection)

Cupertino Plumbing was very professional installing the new faucet in my 3 compartment sink. My concerns about pricing was addressed by the owner. If you are looking for very good service i recommend Cupertino Plumbing.

This is a fantastic company (Cupertino Plumbing), I received excellent service from Mario. We texted back and forth on various questions I had regarding my kitchen water filter system and the airgap line for my dishwasher; he was always responsive. My previous plumber walked into our home without putting on booties and was unorganized, but Mario always put booties on his shoes which I appreciated, he was knowledgeable, organized, did very high quality work, communicates well, smiled a lot and was happy, and is now my go to guy for all future plumbing needs. Mario is best plumber I've known.

BEWARE! Paid big bucks for Cupertino Plumbing to install my brand new AO Smith water heater from Lowe’s. Months later the water heater was leaking so I called another plumber to handle the warranty return and new replacement install. They advised me that Cupertino Plumbing installed the first one INCORRECTLY - apparently there is a specific hookup procedure that was bypassed which would have voided my warranty, yikes! After 3 attempts, spoke to Frank (owner of Cupertino Plumbing) and we agreed to disagree about what happened.

The owner of the company came out and explained everything that needed to be done and why. He gave me a fair quote and his crew did a fantastic job putting in a new sewer drainage system. They worked very hard for 4 days and when they left you could not tell they had been there at all. Everything was spotless. I would highly recommend then. They are simply the BEST!

Starting with our call to Brandon whom set everything up and handled the coordination and then Danny who communicated every step with me they did a fantastic job. We decided to even make things better and added a recirculating pump system so not to waste water while waiting for it to go from the garage all the way to our far Bathroom.

A rare instance of a plumbing company that is organized and acts very professionally. They take your calls promptly, follow-up, make sure to send you the best technician for your problem. Strong recommendation from me!

Our condominium association had numerous problems with two water heaters installed in two different buildings. There were code violations and unusual noises coming from the heaters. Josh came, did a comprehensive inspection of both, made extensive measurements, identified all the issues present and made specific recommendations to the Board.

Prior to Josh, we had met with two plumbers and an HVAC professional, but none were able to identify the issues or causes as clearly or as thoroughly as Josh. After the initial consultation, Josh answered all questions, provided supplementary advice, and even offered to attend our Board meeting on his own time to support us. He provided us with citations from the California Plumber's Code and the water heater manufacturer's manual to support his conclusions.

I have no hesitation in recommending Cupertino Plumbing for any plumbing needs. Their service has been prompt, efficient and reasonably priced.

Re-piping, kitchen garbage disposal, faucet instillation, toilet repair, and for many years the family was a good and reponsive neighbor.

WORST SERVICE EVER -- Highly not recommended. I am giving 1-start coz there is no other lowest level. I called this service to have plumbing need -- Faucet leaking in my bathroom. They scheduled me on Monday but here the pain starts. I called them on 10:30 that when plumbers are coming. I came across that i am talking to Call Center where i need to tell all the details again and they said that they will drop a message to Cupertino Plumbing. I received a call 10mins after that asking me what is plumber name that suppose to come my house. Then the guy that he is locating the service man. I called after 1hr and then again i need to tell all the details as i am talking to call centre. No plumber -- WORST SERVICE EVER. Never contact them.

Big job! All under house drain lines had to be replaced. They got on it the next day. Lots of under the house work in the crawlspace. Very good. Not inexpensive but very good. 100% pleased.

Dropped by at 2 PM on Tuesday. Showroom and everything else on this site was closed up. Nobody was there. Facility posted as “employees only!” Called them at 4:30 PM. Answering service said there was no one there. Will look elsewhere to replace a plumbing fixture they installed a few years ago.
