Jerry is very reliable, honest and friendly. I had gas leaks at two sites of my house, and he was able to reseal the pipes to fix the leaks. PG&E ran a test after and verified there was no more leak. One of the gas leaks was coming from behind my Viking stove/oven unit, and he was able to carefully pull it out without damaging my hardwood floors and then reseal the gas pipe behind it. He didn’t charge extra for multiple trips, great guy - I highly recommend him!

He was very thorough at asking questions prior to arrival. This shows you he cares about making sure he takes good care of his clients. If you need something done the right way, Jerry is your guy. After the recent storms, Jerry helped solve a complex water line issue caused by a downed tree. He stayed until nearly 10 PM until there was a solution and patiently taught me the ins and outs so I could solve any issues that happen in the future. My only hesitation in posting this review is I don’t want him to be too busy if I ever need him to come back.

Jerry was exceptional to deal with. Prompt with initial response. Showed up within the time window quoted. He had a great attitude and was very personable. He went above and beyond to figure out what was happening with a fruit fly infestation after concluding that the drain cleaning that we called him for was not the cause of the issue.
