I needed a water softener I bought installed. They installed it, set it up, and hauled away the old water softener. The work was excellent and professional.

Called them for sump pump repair, they wanted 197 to come and take a look. I said okay and they looked at it and quoted 2,600 dollars to fix a small sump pump that is in the floor. They pack 500 percent margin or more for a job as simple as this. I will get it fixed myself. If you would like to throw money, you can sure hire them.

Nick, David, and Gerry did a fantastic job for our condo area. The main drain pipe for our building became damaged from some other company that was trusted to do work, but they did the damage and covered it up without telling anyone. A week later we noticed severe draining problems in our units, then Nick was called onsite. He was able to diagnose this problem by the next day. David and Gerry joined the party to dig up 6+ feet under to repair the problem that was created, then fill in the ground again. Within 24 hours, we had drainage and water restored to our facility. I cannot thank these guys enough. The pipes have been running perfectly ever since.

They were on time and very polite but charge a lot to just come look at a problem. I felt cornered into a over priced work order for a water heater. I did find someone else to replace my water heater in the same amount of time it was going to take them to do it. By going with another company, using the same product, to replace my water heater I saved $2000. I lost my $165 to Ben Franklin just for looking at the problem I will not ever use them again.

He quickly came over late in the afternoon on Saturday to check it out and replaced it the next morning. He offered different options and were ended up getting a larger water tank since we have multiple families living in the house. The worst experience I have ever had with a sub contractor. Here is my story. We needed someone to come and unclog a toilet. We called Go Go Rooter, they came out and said the job would be $1950 to snake/cable/use a camera, dig a trench and put in ABS pipe to the clean out. Maybe around 8' of pipe. No concrete involved, everything was under the lawn. After digging the trench I was told two things: Good news we are not going to charge you $1950, but only $950 as it wasn't as bad as we thought. But the bad news is, we have a major problem and now it is going to cost $6700 to do the job. I complained and the price was reduced to $5500. REALLY????? I told them to stop and I would call them back. I called another plumber who came out the same day and finished the major problem job for $1500. I was shocked to see the difference in price for the same job. Do you cll Go Go Rooter honest people? I don't. They are crooks and should not be doing business in this hemisphere. A letter is going to the CSLB with a major complaint.

Kory is the best! We had a sewage back up and Kory was able to assist quickly. He was onsite within an hour of us calling. He was able to assess the issue quickly and walked us through what he found and how he planned on making the repairs. He is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. If you need good service these are guys to call!

A well-deserved 5 Stars for Jose and Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing for the estimate, the actual work, the clean up, and the cost. Trenchless was definitely the way to go. My job was done to perfection, and the cost was lower than other estimates.

Jose was super responsive when scheduling the estimate. The estimate was thorough and detailed and included pulling permits. The crew showed up on time, was friendly (I kept coming out to take pictures of the progress) and finished ahead of the estimated time (my wife liked having the sewer back). After the city inspection, they thoroughly compacted when refilling the hole. They even carefully uncovered some irises they had to cover with dirt. The irises look no worse for the wear. There's no way to tell they were even here.

They diagnosed the blockage and returned the next day to do the work of digging down to the sewer lateral, replacing the 'clog' (actually it was a misaligned pipe), replaced the pipe and installed a clean-out...... all done by some really nice young fellows that I wish I could give you their names.

Was very happy with the work, very thorough in a timely manner. Will definitely contact them for future repair. Thank you Martin for the outstanding service.
