Sal showed up early (called first) and assessed the many things we had on our list. We had issues that were a bit more complicated than we expected, but he accomplished one of the main tasks and gave us a fair quote on the remaining work. Very professional and definitely knew what he was doing.

Elite Rooter arrived on time to diagnose a serious plumbing problem at our business. The two gentlemen that came were so helpful and understanding and they explained everything in detail. We are still waiting for the OK from the property owner to proceed with the major repairs that are needed. Elite Rooter was our 3rd estimate for the cost of this job. They beat the cost of our first two estimates. I highly recommend this company over all others.

I had Ruben come out to my house on an emergency at about 2am in the morning. My main line that runs out to the street broke and caused flooding. Ruben did everything he could at that time so that we could make it through the night/morning. Gabe also came out to assist. Ruben returned at 8 am in the morning to continue to fix the broken pipe and get us back to normal. Ruben worked as quickly as he could under inclement weather, he was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and answered every question I had. I highly recommend these guys. I am forever in there debt for getting me through what could have been a huge disaster.

I had a blocked drain in my kitchen sink and Genmor Plumbing was the only company I could find to help me. They were able to come out that same day and fix it for a reasonable price. I will always use them from now on!

AQP Was great! They were very knowledgeable and were able to diagnose our problem over the phone, and find the parts we needed within 48 hours. They sent a plumber out 3 days later who did work, left the space clean, and left us with no regrets! Great, Great company!

Jose and team were wonderful.

On a workday evening, both bathrooms in the house started backing up. The next day, one plumber used snake and showed me root penetration into the sewer pipe in front yard. Quote for trenchless piping in the front yard was given. I decided to shop around and called Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing.

Jose showed up within 2 hours of my call. He turned out to be quite familiar with rules of my City, and those are complex rules by my standard. He provided very thorough explanation, which gave me the confidence that he and his team know the work and have done it many times before, including dealing with delays by the City... Quote came very quickly to my email inbox.

I gave his company the work. The rest, like what they say, is history. I only wish that my City is as efficient and customer-oriented as Jose and his team are.

I also asked Jose to look into water pipes (not sewer pipe or waste water pipe) like re-pipe at a property in a different city in the Bay Area, and he is familiar with the rules and behaviors of that city too! Love it. I will definitely call Pipe-Thru the next time I have relevant need.
