He kept us operational so we could finish working on patients for the day and got us started on the road to repair. I've had Rayne out to my place twice, once to replace a water heater and once to help with a shower faucet. Both times their plumber knew the answer to every question I had and was happy to explain everything. They're not the cheapest place in town, but so far they've been worth the money in my opinion.

They diagnosed the blockage and returned the next day to do the work of digging down to the sewer lateral, replacing the 'clog' (actually it was a misaligned pipe), replaced the pipe and installed a clean-out...... all done by some really nice young fellows that I wish I could give you their names.
