Local Rooter and Plumbing was responsive and friendly. Andy (plumber) was a professional and did an excellent job repairing my pipe leak. He was a friendly and a pleaure to work with. He also took the initiative to buy kitty litter to spread around my crawl space to obsorb the moisture from the leaking pipe. Will call them again for my plumbing needs.

Kevin was fast and responsive. He quickly installed a temp fix to save water while the larger project was underway. He documented all of the steps they took, and finished the work fast. Will hire again.

Im going to go out on a limb on this Miracle Plumbing. The job was done over a Sunday, so I am guessing that was factored into the price. It was not a difficult job once diagnosed. Took total of 2 hours. One hour to do the actual work, one hour to get material and wait for glue to dry. Bill came to $895, quoted $800, was told it was up to the TECHNICIAN to charge additional. Job got done, but would have better off to use my regular plumber. My gripe is not with quality work, but the price. EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! Just putting it out there if cost is a concern.

Broken water pipe... tech showed up almost 6 hours after call, he could not complete or check work and was to return next day. He never did. Fast forward 2 weeks... his half finished work exploded and I have no water just in time for Christmas weekend. Now they won't come and deal with it! We have multiple properties that use Rayne... no more! Extremely poor customer service and service techs. Disgusted.

These guys are professional. My man Arizona helped me out on inspecting my clogging problem, and did a really fast and good quality repairing to my broken, incorrect-installed clean-out in my front yard.

Our AC unit completely stopped working over the weekend. I called right at 8 am on Monday, talked to a very nice woman, and James was here by 8:45! If that’s not great service I truly don’t know what is. Chris got our AC unit fixed up and working in less than an hour and thank goodness for that because it’s going to be in the 90s this week. I will continue to use Steve for all of our heating and cooling needs from today forward. What a great experience.
