I had a problem with my sink backing up and it was a mess. Their plumber Angel came by and took care of the problem in a matter of time. He was on time, did impeccable work, and charged me exactly what he said he would. The water heater is still going strong today. I do not write reviews at all but on this occasion It was a must. I installed a new shower valve at my mother's house. After turning on the water back on I discovered that the hot water to all the faucets did not work. I goggles the situation a d tried several option to no avail. I placed the call for the plumber. I was amazed that they took the time to troubleshoot the problem. Amazingly the issue was a bad valve to the water heater. I was able to replace it myself. I will always call R & L plumbing service for future service. Very honest. Do not hesitate to call them. Thank you guys very much.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

Basili is the owner and he supervised my sewer line repair years ago. Since then I’ve used them on several occasions. The guys that come out are always courteous and do quality work.

Had a terrible experience of being over priced and told I had to pay $225 for an unsuccessful attempt at dislodging an object from the toilet. It was a five minute task that did not work. I said I’d pay for a house visit, but no way was i paying $225 for a “try at it” that yielded no results. He huffed off and told me that no one acts that way. It all felt disingenuous to me.
