This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

We called Isaac due to a tub/shower faucet that would not shut off! This is in a condo, on a late Friday night. After calling several plumbers who could not come, we arranged for Isaac to come first thing Sunday morning. We were impressed with him on the phone, and he really came through! He was a great communicator, came prepared with all of the necessary parts and tools to cut open our tiled shower wall, cut out the old valves, and install a new control valve. He was diligent, careful, thorough, respectful, neat, and cleaned up everything when finished. I will certainly call him again with any other plumbing issues. Very reliable and professional.

O'Grady saved the day on a Saturday when we had a major problem come up. They had a guy out within the hour and he did a great job. I would give six stars if I could.

John Dugo is the best plumber we have ever known since 3 years ago. Whenever we have a problem with plumbing, we always call him. He is prompt,very friendly and personable with great professional skills. We hope to keep him as our plumber for a long time!

Elmer and Ryan were dispatched to our place today for a clogged drain. They were punctual, polite & professional. We appreciated them being courteous by wearing booties around the house.As the wife of a tradesman, my husband always stresses the importance of being respectful in a clients home and working in a neat & workmanlike manner. They did just that & left their work area spotless, and of course an unclogged drain! They definitely take pride in their work & we'll be sure to recommend this business to family & friends.

David was here before he said he would be..He is a nice young man and has a good attitude about the work.He was honest with hisevaluation of our heating problem and after examining the situationexplained he would be unable to complete the work. He also said Ishould get ahold of Pablo at Magic Plumbing to discuss getting acompetent HYDROPONIC HEATING company to examine thesituation and do the work. i will be contacting Pablo consequentlyto follow through on David’s assesment.

Great to work with - professional and friendly with high quality work. Gabriel has done an excellent job multiple times over. For example, they installed a new smart shower valve for me that everyone else had trouble figuring out, and coordinated with other subs on the project rlly well. Out of all the different subcontractors I worked with on my bathroom remodel (for which I didn’t have a GC), this company was BY FAR the best to work with. They come in, work hard, and get it done, with transparent pricing. I’ve hired other plumbers before but wouldn’t again after finding this company.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

I've used these guys twice. They arrive as a team and are completely honest about what can be DIY. First was a free estimate / debugging, and we were able to solve it on our own. The second time we couldn't do it ourselves, and they came first thing in the morning. Note that the estimated arrival times were off by an hour, so just be patient and allocate the additional waiting time because it's worth it.
