Best ability is availability and they’re always available we manage multiple bars and always need service late night without someone trying to charge us an arm and a leg so we’re grateful for their consistency (4years)

Isaac was fast, efficient and professional. I usually don’t write reviews unless they are really good or really bad. Isaac fixed my issues without hesitation, he did a thorough inspection of my home, fixed 2 of my 3 bathrooms before lunch. I highly recommend.

Rommel showed up in minutes after we informed them of our problem. He identified the root cause quickly and had all of the tools with him to address it. Professional, courteous, a pleasure to talk to and even with the job being much larger than originally anticipated (a serious clog in the main and not just a local backup in the shower), he stuck it through to completion and cleaned up afterward.

Plumbers were experienced, friendly, honest, and charged a fair price.

If I could, I would give negative stars. Ace is unprofessional, unorganized and overpriced. They did a poor job, and the owner was rude and condescending. Will never use again.

Had a problem with my faucet at home. It kept leaking and I couldn't find out why. Looked up the nearest plumbing place and Discount Plumbing showed up. I gave them a call and they sent over Fred. He came quickly and got to it right away. He showed me the problem and was able to fix it. He also explained why it was leaking which was very informative. Would definitely recommend Discount Plumbing. Excellent service!

I have used Advanced Plumbing for several services over the years - toilet repair, faucet installation and repairs, and biggest was an emergency replacement of the water heater. Shout out to Gabriel and Nick for being so responsive and found excellent work including clean-up after the job is done

This is a 5 start company! As a property manager I have used many plumbers but Larry and his crew are the fastest response team I have EVER called upon. Who else would respond within seconds on a late rainy Sunday night and take care of the problem within the hour!? No call center to deal with. Each call goes directly to the owner first or one of the team members so no time is wasted through bureaucratic B.S.! Thank you Larry!

I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids.

Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew into the line and ran over 52 feet to the house from street. Angelo called me right away and kept myself and my up-to-date with multiple messages as our simple trenchless project turned into a massive multiple trench sewer excavation. After seeing the extensive work that had to be performed it was an incredible relief when Angelo gave us the additional expense from the original quote which was incredibly reasonable. At this point we were at his mercy and I felt that he made sure that he didn't take advantage of the situation. In this day I think this type of honesty is hard to come by and it almost brought me to tears.

Angelo and his crew worked long hours for two days on our little sewer project and they we so professional. The kept the area as clean as possible and communicated clearly with my neighbors, my renter and myself. Angelo was so extremely helpful and positive even as the project got bigger and bigger.

We found Discount Plumbing through all of the fantastic BBB and we could be more pleased than with the support, They earned my highest recommendation and I mean earned it!

These guys are great. I called them late at night after several failed attempts to get a hold of other 24 hour companies and was able to get a friendly lady on the phone right away. They sent a tech over and did not up-charge due to late hour. They even offered to bill my landlord as long as I signed for invoice. Easy and smooth service all around. Highly recommended!
