The project was in 2015, but it was a BIG project to deal with water intrusion into our house. I can never thank O'Grady plumbing enough for all they did. Their work has held up and (please knock on wood) we haven't had a drop of water come into the house since. Work that has truly stood the test of time!

Alan had called me prior to discuss a difficult work matter involving accessing the inside of a gas fireplace that was outside his jurisdiction and duty. After our discussion I felt comfortable in Alan's analysis to try to get inside to do the repair work. As it turns out Alan accomplished and completed the repair successfully and professionally. I had a water heater replaced by Baron back in 2008. Picked him because he was a straight shooter, willing to give me a quote over the phone. He was on time, did impeccable work, and charged me exactly what he said he would. The water heater is still going strong today. My Yelp review and hundreds of others back up the quality of their work and service. Those 5-star reviews are not fake. I recommend him every chance I get.

Jeremy did an awesome job replacing our old disposal. He explained the issue (it was old and had rusted through) and provided us with a few different options for replacements. He luckily had all of the parts with him and was able to complete the job in about an hour, and showed us that everything was working well. He was on time, efficient, and professional; we would use Advanced Plumbing and Drain again and highly recommend Jeremy!

Replaced the equipment in toilet tank. Good job but very expensive for 1/2 hour of work.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

Basili is the owner and he supervised my sewer line repair years ago. Since then I’ve used them on several occasions. The guys that come out are always courteous and do quality work.
