Charged 150 dollars for 10-20 minutes of plumbing work — tightening a connection and adding a washer to another connection. Seemed like a poor value to me.

I meet with Eugenio and he gave me an estimate on the toilet install. My current toilet was a really old toilet from the 80s and he explained the estimate to install a new one thoroughly. After agreeing to the estimate. he came back in an hour and installed the toilet. He even changed my faucet aerator for no additional cost. I would recommend Eugenio again.

Very happy with my service. Since my large problems were with 2 bathrooms they cut me a good deal. Edgar and his friend were respectful in wearing a mask the whole time and covered the floor in plastic to prevent tracking stains. Will definitely repeat as a customer.

Quick and friendly. Not pushy. Explained the job clearly. Came prepared. Had a new water heater available on the truck in case I needed a new one which I did. He showed me where my heater was leaking and rusted out.

Purchased a new washer and the valve was messed up from the old one. (I don't understand plumbing talk). Anyway, they came immediately and fixed it immediately. The household owner forgot to pay them directly, but they were kind and courteous and waited longer than they should have for their payment. Really nice company and people.

Next time, I'll pay them directly and the owner can reimburse me.

We had an alarm from SF Water about sudden unusually high water usage. CR&P was assigned to service our home by our home warranty. I spoke with Daniel and he dispatched technician right away. Ron the technician came on time, checked everything very carefully, didn't find any leaks, the problem seems due to malfunctioned water reader. Overall, excellent service, professional efficient. would call them again.

These guys fixed a really terrible tub drain clog and also went out of their way to fix and replace our sink sprayer. Fast, effective, and I would recommend.

I just posted a photo of the new toilet Ace installed. Our house has had Ace out numerous times to resolve various issues relating to our building's age (1880's) and the shoddy DIY work of previous owners. These guys have always been nice. Upfront, accurate estimates before work begins. In this particular bathroom Ace advised us we could either keep fighting the issue or simply replace the toilet. They let me select, from the variety at the big box hardware store, for whichever toilet would meet my needs (and fit). Dude! I so wish we'd done this long ago. It looks so sweet and the flush so reliable without threatening to overflow.

Johnny and Joe have worked on my rentals over the years and are honest and very good at what they do. They always have my best interest at heart and I appreciate that. Great Customer Service .
