The two gentlemen who did the work in my apartment were excellent. They were very professional, considerate and timely in their service. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome from a clogged sink and replacement of an old faucet.

Daniel showed up on time 9 a.m. Thursday, cleared out the tree roots that seem to be the cause of the clogged garage to street drain, and tested it afterward. The entire job was done in under an hour. Very professional. The job was done with 60 day service warranty (one service recall). My wife was very happy with the job performance.
The cost is high in my opinion at $365/hour. Daniel did tell my wife about the cost/hour upfront and the wife did agree to it. I am open to any correction on my perception on cost since I do not know current typical average rate. My prior data points were that these kind of jobs should be in the $100-150 range, and I am willing to pay up to $200.

Called because my water heater was leaking. Efrain was very professional and fast. He explained what the issue was and completed with few hours . Have used prior for other plumbing issues and very satisfied.

I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids.

Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew into the line and ran over 52 feet to the house from street. Angelo called me right away and kept myself and my up-to-date with multiple messages as our simple trenchless project turned into a massive multiple trench sewer excavation. After seeing the extensive work that had to be performed it was an incredible relief when Angelo gave us the additional expense from the original quote which was incredibly reasonable. At this point we were at his mercy and I felt that he made sure that he didn't take advantage of the situation. In this day I think this type of honesty is hard to come by and it almost brought me to tears.

Angelo and his crew worked long hours for two days on our little sewer project and they we so professional. The kept the area as clean as possible and communicated clearly with my neighbors, my renter and myself. Angelo was so extremely helpful and positive even as the project got bigger and bigger.

We found Discount Plumbing through all of the fantastic BBB and we could be more pleased than with the support, They earned my highest recommendation and I mean earned it!

the pipes under our kitchen sink had not be properly installed by the previous owner & were leaking. AB came out the next day and had everything fixed in less than 30 min. The two crewmen were both great. knowledgable, friendly, and respectful of the house (shoes/masks etc).

I had my old water heater go out and with the help of Daniel, I decided to get a tankless hot water heater. Daniel was able to answer all of my questions as well as install it in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone that was in the need of a plumber.

I cannot say enough positive things about Lutz Plumbing! Long story short, my repair need was fairly urgent and I must have contacted 3-4 plumbers before I found Lutz. It was super depressing... All of them seemed totally unconcerned and said they'd fit me in when they could (Often 2-3 weeks later). I get that everyone is busy but it costs nothing to at least act like you care. Then I found Phil and Lutz Plumbing. He not only took the time to fully understand my issue but also offered his professional opinion around a potential diagnosis and possible solutions. Nobody likes to deal with plumbing problems. And this time around wasn't any different. I received a super high water bill and was told by the water company that I may have a leak somewhere?! I called a few plumbers who came out, but did not find anything wrong. A friend of mine told me to try AB Plumbing. From the immediate help I got on the phone to the time two techs arrived at my residence, I could not have been more pleased. I could tell I was dealing with an experienced company. The techs that came to my house found an underground pipe breakage that was causing a huge leak/water waste. This ended up being a big project and I am so happy I had AB Plumbing in charge of it.

Kenneth Asire performed a rooter on our sewer lateral, and identified that it had been invaded by vicious routes and would need to be replaced. They gave us a very reasonable estimate, so we had them come back to replace the sewer lateral. Justin and his crew were very professional, courteous, and responsive, and when the scope of work increased a bit due to unforeseen conditions, they notified us and made sure to get our approval first. They completed the work in a timely manner, and we have been very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness all along the way. I would highly recommend Kenneth Asire plumbing!
