My sink faucet has been dripping for a long time; then the pipes under the sink started leaking. Needed that drippy faucet fixed with replacement springs & washers (that's what the plumber said the names were) and decided to have all the pipes under the sink replaced since that hasn't been in done in maybe 40 years. Mr. Feliciano came on time, got right on the job and was done within 30 minutes, cleaned up after himself. So now, no excuse for not washing dishes and pots but it'll be good to be able to use the water in the kitchen again. Thanks you!

These guys are awesome! I live in a condo in SF and wanted to replace the multi-turn stop valves in my condo (all 11 of them were over 15 years old with deteriorating washers) with new ball valves. The problem is my building is poorly designed and we have to schedule the shut off of water to the entire building just for an individual unit to be repaired. I had planned on doing the valve replacement myself. I watched lots of YouTube videos and diy/how-to info and I'm pretty good with DIY stuff and this seemed like something that was very doable. Unthread the old compression fitting pop off the old compression sleeve and nut, pop on the new ones, thread on the new valve, easy-peasy. I had all the necessary parts and tools. The problem with those videos is that they don't tell you all the things that can go wrong and how to deal with unforeseen problems. I managed to get the first couple of valves off as the YouTube videos showed; no big deal. Problem was that whoever installed the old valves cranked down so hard that they crimped the copper pipe and the new compression sleeves were too loose and couldn't be tightened enough to form a seal, at least not with my flimsy upper-body strength. So here I was with two open pipes and the building water scheduled to be turned back on in just a couple of hours. Kenneth Asire Plumbing to the rescue. I called them with my emergency situation and I got lucky. They had a team that had just checked in and was available immediately. They showed up at my building in less than half an hour. They were prompt, friendly, masked for Covid, and super respectful of our home. He even removed his shoes at our entry way even though I hadn't asked him to. I would have been okay with them just installing the two valves that I had already pulled off, but they were able to replace all 11 valves just before the water came back on. Crisis averted. These guys really saved my butt.

Reached out to Kenneth this morning regarding a clogged kitchen drain. I tried snaking the clean out myself but no luck. They came over within an hour and recommended a hydroj et cleaning due to probably grease build up. They jet the line and we saw a bunch of grease pour which was causing the clog. Excellent service and they were in an out within an hour. Fast, reliable and overall great service.

Justin came out to look at my pipe leak and gave a very reasonable estimate compared to the two other I got (one was almost double and one want to charge $500 to cut a 2’ square in drywall). He was very professional, punctual, and most importantly, he did a great job. He was able to replace the leaking pipes very quickly. I will definitely use them in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

Had a water heater that was over 30 years old, and felt I needed to have it replaced. Kenneth Asire Plumbing had two of their employees come to my home to give me an estimate, which I thought was fair (I called a another plumber, which quoted about the same price). I also had them replace the shut off valve on my water water main with a Ball Valve. They arrived the following day and the work was done in about 1 and half hours. I was very happy with the work, and would use them again.

They came to clear a blockage out of the shower drain. After 10 minutes they basically said they did what they could but due to a stopper piece being caught in there they would have to go through the unit below me and it would cost about $3,000. I'm not even sure if the drainage is improved at all, and they left a mess behind them. So I paid $250 for advice?

Personable service…but it took more than three weeks and numerous phone call to get it done…..no calls backs for request to call back to follow up the question of what is happening to my job order?…

A month ago they came out and unclogged a drain for $195. Today, the guy quotes me $395 for the same thing. I asked why it was so much and he dropped it down to $275 instantly without a reason. I felt taken advantage of and will go with someone else next time (which is a bummer because I was very happy after my first experience and I wanted to support a local family owned business).

I'm incredibly upset right now. One of the plumbers sent by this company made me uncomfortable. Was asking if I live alone, asking for my FB and phone number and whether I have a boyfriend, wanting to go out with me, etc. I complained to the manager and they suspended him, but now I feel unsafe in my own home because a big random guy who knows where I live is angry at being reprimanded at work. I paid nearly $800 for this experience. Awesome, right?

There was a leak in our basement ceiling. The team assessed the leak to likely be from the roof without spending much time with us to confirm the problem. No other options were presented for what the problem could be. Since it was a roof issue, they considered it no longer their problem.

They charged us $295 to make a small hole in our dry wall to try to assess the problem with no resolution.

I had to call my regular go to handyman who spent ~2-3 hours with us trying to troubleshoot and isolate the problem and charged me the same amount. He presented 2-3 possibilities after digging a bigger hole into our dry wall ceiling. His possibilities were on the right track to help identify that we have a leak in our radiant heating system.

Don't work with them, as they are not thorough in their job.

Fast and professional service. They responded very quickly. They also kept me updated ETA via text. It was my first time having a plumbing service at home and it was smoother than I expected.

Tank water heater decided to leak on a rainy Saturday late afternoon. I called Ken and he was very kind to have one of his technicians, Jerwyn, come and install a new heater within 1.5hr. It particularly happy with the service. The guy came to fix a leaky kitchen faucet, he initially wanted $350 to fix it including the cost of a part that he said was $90 but is is only $23.80 on Grohe’s website (the manufacturer). Eventually he came down to $195 with the part included. The repair took about five minutes.

Look for a plumber that has a service call fee, you’ll save money.

Kenneth Asire Plumbing was professional, efficient and fairly priced. I had a water heater replaced. I was impressed by Justin who came out with an assistant to do a free estimate and later the work. He took the time to explain everything and the install including haul away was about 2.5 hours with team of two. Justin also provided me an estimate for some other plumbing work to replace a shower valve which was smarter approach more reasonable than another plumber.

$195 is a lot of money to screw in a new faucet — I drove to hardware store & supplies the part!!! Never have I been offered senior discount you advertise on your trucks — you should have caulked the toilet I requested without extra charge I’ve given you lots of business lately but don’t appreciate being told toilet did NOT need caulking when it’s been over 5 years!!! Honestly 10 minutes to screw off a faucet and replace with a part I went out of my way to purchase and then skip the senior discount and tell me my toilet did not need caulking — VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Kenneth Asire performed a rooter on our sewer lateral, and identified that it had been invaded by vicious routes and would need to be replaced. They gave us a very reasonable estimate, so we had them come back to replace the sewer lateral. I've used this company many times. The most recent was during the torrential rains. Our French drain was clogged and caused a slight flood in our backyard. Thankfully, I haven’t needed to call a plumber very much, but Kenneth Asire Plumbing was recommended to me a few years ago and he responded to my emergency water heater leaking and replaced it. I asked Kenneth Asire Plumbing to add an expansion tank and drain pan to the water heater, as well do a sediment rinse and close up some holes near the pipes. They were quick, responsive, and completed the job with minimal supervision required. They were also competitive on pricing and offered great value. It's only been a few days since the service so time will tell how their quality is, but so far I am satisfied.

Great response time, easy to schedule. The technician was able to fix 2/3 of my issues and offered to replace more than the gaskets on the toilets (but wasn't necessary) in under 10-15 minutes. He said he could fix the 3rd issue with the shower and spent the majority of the time doing that, took it apart, but unfortunately was unable to do so. Total bill $395.00
