This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

So happy with our bathroom remodel! We had plumbing issues and backups prior to the remodel but James & James took care of that. They suggested we increase the size of our pipes which solved the issue. Now we can enjoy our new bathroom without worrying it will leak down to our second floor or backup at the connection to the sewer line. Great service and work you can trust!

I used O’Grady to replace the sewer trap to my building. They were very professional. Diagnosed the issue and showed me clearly with a camera what the issue was. Quality work and great team. Work was completed right on schedule.

Highly Recommend this place!!! The customer service that I received from Mike and Rob was spectacular. I am glad that the company still believes in that good customer service. They were very communicative and explained what I needed to get done! The water heater installed works great, and I would definitely work with them again for any plumbing needs.

Magic Plumbing was very prompt with getting a plumber to our condo in the City and fixed it within the hour. Jose was great and very professional. Have used Magic Plumbing a few times now and will continue to go use them in the future.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again
