I recently got a bid for a project from a different electrical company that I was very unhappy with. Not only was the quote very high, but their suggested approach was extremely complex and would have involved tearing down walls and tearing my yard.

Michael came out to inspect our property and immediately proposed a much simpler and more cost effective solution. He took photos on his tablet and sent mockups of his proposed design in advance.

I am getting natural gas out of my 1920s home, and Eric from All-Electric California helped me game out what I needed to do with my electric panels to 1) get up to code and modern safety standards, and 2) prepare for my next few steps of installing heat pump HVAC, heat pump hot water, EV charger, and electric fireplace insert. My panel and sub panel were mysterious, often labeled incorrectly, and even had arcing happening in a troubled switch. Eric helped me fit all my needs into my 100 amp panel without upgrading my service from the street. It was great to find a knowledgeable contractor who understood my vision and helped me make it happen!

I lost the electricity in half my house and was unable to reset the circuit breakers. Using FaceTime, the electrician could see they looked fine. After he requested to view the wires outside my house, he determined that the problem is likely a PG&E problem. He didn’t charge me for his time and even sent me the PG&E phone number. After a stressful day with only 1/2 my electricity, it was a pleasure to talk to someone who tried to resolve the problem over the phone. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. I will definitely recommend your services to my friends and family. 👍

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

Eddie was very honest and helpful. He solved my problem over the phone with no charge. I will certainly call him first next time I need an electrician.

FYI, my circuit breaker tripped, but the switch only moved a little bit from the 'on' position, so I thought it was just mis-aligned. Turns out there is a 'tripped' and an 'off' position. Next time your outlets don't work, take a close look at your breakers before calling anyone.
