We've worked with this company on several occasion for toilet and sewer clogs and backup. They are very professional and responsive. We had scheduled for them to come out for a follow-up appointment after the initial meeting to look at some sewage smell emanating up and our toilets bubbling when multiple people shower consecutively. We had a sewer line blockage a month back so I was worried again this was indications of another back up. They came out to honor the 30 day warranty and scheduled us in the next day to bring a camera and snake.They are very prompt with their arrival and great communication throughout letting us know if they are running behind or needed to reschedule. Yoshua is very patient with explaining the diagnosis and walking us through the solution and options to minimize the recurrence of blocks.Great company that's responsive and easy to work with and actually delivers through with showing up. Kudos to this company for providing services that we all take for granted until things are backed up.

Antonio of Plumbing & Rooter Service recently unclogged a drain for me. He arrived promptly, provided a reasonable estimate, and performed the job quickly and thoroughly. He is very professional, courteous, and neat in his work. I live in a large condo development and Antonio even noted that, unbeknownst to me, other plumbers were on site and flushing common lines. This turned out to be the cause of the backed up drain in my bathroom and clogged the trap. Thanks to Antonio, the condo complex will reimburse me for the service. I don't wish plumbing problems on my friends or neighbors, but I plan to highly recommend Antonio to anyone in need of such services. These guys fixed a really terrible tub drain clog and also went out of their way to fix and replace our sink sprayer. Fast, effective, and I would recommend.

I just posted a photo of the new toilet Ace installed. Our house has had Ace out numerous times to resolve various issues relating to our building's age (1880's) and the shoddy DIY work of previous owners. These guys have always been nice. Upfront, accurate estimates before work begins. In this particular bathroom Ace advised us we could either keep fighting the issue or simply replace the toilet. They let me select, from the variety at the big box hardware store, for whichever toilet would meet my needs (and fit). Dude! I so wish we'd done this long ago. It looks so sweet and the flush so reliable without threatening to overflow.
