I used O'Grady service in 5-2020. Water Dept notified me water leakage. AWR(American Water Resources) referred me to O'Grady. They came immediately and detected leakage in 2 toilets due to faulty flappers. They got parts next day and fixed them. Up to this day both toilets in good shape.

I've had 3 different emergencies, clog, another clog, and a leaking compression valve, Ace Plumbing has sent 3 solid guys out to do clean out and fix my old valve, would definitely use again. They are on-call on the weekend, I was happy to get a quick response on a Sunday!! Thanks Bobby!

Our gutter downspouts & the drainfields for each were very clogged with years of tree needles etc. We tried diligently to clean & hose them out ,usually in a rain storm with water running on our patios & decks. Plumbers really had no options & then we called Roto- Rooter. Farid arrived timly, explained the process & his specialized equipment , took downspouts off ,cleaned them, jet sprayed the drainfields ,put all back together & fully cleaned up the mess. I recommend Farid & this service with my highest recommendation & we are already advising friends & real estate agents that we work with, of the service, as I'm sure it is a common problem in the northwest. Farid was courteous , polite, prompt & professional. Finally, the costs for the job were very reasonable given the result of solving the hassle of dealing with the issue. Jeremy came out within a few hours of our call, diagnosed the problem, and came back the next day to install a new hot water heater. Our old one wouldn’t fit down the side of the building so he came back in two days, with another guy, and they spent 2 hours cutting the old heater apart to be transported away. Thank you for being so efficient, Jeremy!

It took me a little bit longer than I expected to schedule an appointment but at the end was worth waiting.
My kitchen sink was clogged. Two Chosen Rooters plumbers did a great job cleaning the pipe. Now the kitchen sink is running smoothly. I’m very satisfy with their service!
