I've used Emory Plumbing 3 times in the last year to clear clogged drains and replace old rusty pipes. I can highly recommend them and will continue to use them when I have plumbing needs. I especially appreciate the way Carlos took care of the problems and communicated with the cause of the problem. They responded quickly, effectively, and are reasonably priced.

Our sink clogged while I was out of town. (We are in the process of moving) My wife called about their drain cleaning special.The tech arrived, looked under the sink, checked the clean out, and took pictures of everything. He then told my wife that he couldn't use a snake in the clean out because he would not be able to keep it in his field of vision, and that he might poke a hole through one of the pipes. (?)He then informed her that he would need to install a new u-bend and that the price for everything would be $890.She called me, and I told her to decline the offer. When I got home two days later, it took me less than 20 minutes to clear the drain using a snake, baking soda, vinegar, and a plunger.Bait and switch?You decide.

It was a small leak, but they came out same day. He noticed the hose had a lot of corrossion (it did) and he got that done same day too, and threw in some helpful tips and freebees to help with that side of the house.
That was my third time using them and so far everyone has been solid

Daniel was so wonderful to work with! We had to cancel on him two different times due to our illnesses. By the time we called again (with a vacation in there also), it was a few months since I had first contacted him. I thought he'd think we were flakey and not want to try a third time. But he was so nice and professional about scheduling again. I liked that he texts timely.When we finally had our appointment, he was on time, considerate and professional. He explained everything he was doing or had done. He drained/cleaned our Navien tankless water heater, checked a sink for any clog, caulked our bathroom sink, removed a hot water reservoir under the sink, and replaced an odd Toto toilet flapper that was all one piece (not like the normal ones we usually replace ourself). He worked quickly, neatly, and considerately.We have been through about three other plumbers since moved here 4 years ago and were not satisfied - but now we have found our forever plumber!! You can't go wrong with with Pro Max!!

THANK YOU to Ideal Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical and specifically Howard, the technician who came out.I had a leak in my attic that was dripping through the ceiling. I called this morning at 8am and was given an appointment the same day. I got a call a while later that there was a cancellation and someone could come even earlier than originally scheduled, which was great.Howard showed up and was awesome! He was able to locate the leak in the attic and fix it in no time. He then replaced our pressure regulator in the garage because it was bad and had been for a while (likely contributing to the leak). It wasn't the easiest job because of how the regulator was installed into the wall. But, he made it look easy and didn’t mind me hovering and asking questions.He was done with everything in just over an hour. The price for everything was more than fair. I am so happy to have this leak behind us so quickly and feel great about that work that was done.I would definitely recommend Ideal for anyone in need of their services.

Our techs Jonnie and Richard were absolutely amazing. Jonnie had originally came out for the quote on replacing the water heater. He gave our family all options available from the most budget friendly to the top of line. He was transparent of what needed to get done. Jonnie and Richard came back out recently to change our home’s 39 year old regulator. They arrived on time, kept us in the loop for everything and their work was absolutely impeccable. They were so professional and friendly that they definitely gained loyal customers. Great thing is that their company - you have the ability to request your tech and trust me that’s a real game changer.

Had called them after we had massive issues with a clogged pipe (we were unable to use any toilet, everything was backed up). They sent somebody straight away. This somebody was Alan, he was super easy going and friendly, jumped right on it with the snake and tried to locate the problem. He explained the process in an easy to understand manner. After about 20min, our pipes were cleaned and we could finally use the toilet and shower again. Thank you so much Alan!

I had called another plumber prior to Master Plumbing and the gentlemen that came out were in and out of my house in less than 10 mins yet gave me little information on the leak and source. Brandon came in and did a very thorough inspection notifying me of how and why the leak was happening and was very efficient. I called HPS based on a good review on Nextdoor. Kenneth came within a few hours to give me an estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, and seemed to know exactly how he would approach the repair of a leaky pipe in an awkward place. He came back the next day to fix the pipe and 2 other small repairs. I would definitely trust him again for repairs in the future.
