He told me Alex would call me back i was thinking I was going to wait hours for call back.Alex called me within minutes he also was very professional on the phone and explainedp the process, everything was fixed within 2 days. tank less water heater i needed was not available at the moment.They removed my old tankless water heater still under warranty (w/ original make company) they found local warehouse were i could swap for new one.Mickey and Alex were very wonderful and explained everything about the process efficiently.questions I asked questions they answered. My plumber was Emilio. My home was his last appointment for the day. He was very pleasant and professional, wearing his face mask upon arrival. I was expecting him to be in a hurry since it was the end of his work day. Not so. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. He didn’t seem rushed at all. I scheduled for a quote, the person who showed up was very professional and honest, I knew my situation could have been a bigger issue/require a lot more work than expected and he was honest. I called Tony and Eric because of a leaky valve in the toilet. The water wouldn't stop running. They said they would be in my area and stop by a little later. A couple hours later they showed up and had it fixed within a few minutes. Awesome customer service and really nice guys. Pricing is totally reasonable too!
