We called My Plumber on a Sunday morning because all of our toilets were backing up and water was coming out from the floor from one of them: big crisis.Chris arrived within the hour. After a look around he told us what the problem(s) might be and what solution he had and an estimate of costs. He said it would take a little more prodding to make sure it was in fact what he thought, and if it was OK with us he'd go ahead. The estimate sounded reasonable and everything he said made sense, so ahead he went and had everything up and running in no time (even though he had to take out one of the toilets and redo the seal, etc).Very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy tech; courteous too.A great company with a strong work ethic. I called HPS based on a good review on Nextdoor. Kenneth came within a few hours to give me an estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, and seemed to know exactly how he would approach the repair of a leaky pipe in an awkward place. He came back the next day to fix the pipe and 2 other small repairs. I would definitely trust him again for repairs in the future.

Our old water heater was leaking and caused a bit of water damage in our garage. Joe was able to come and see what was going on and referred us to get the damage fixed and install the water heater.Fast forward a couple weeks, where the construction company was fixing the dry wall and took it upon themselves to place the water heater. They ended up doing it wrong and we have no hot water for THREE days.Joe stopped by to pick up the old water heater and looked at the job they did and was concerned because it was wrong (Joe was suppose to install it but the construction company for some reason did it). He took it upon himself to make sure that he fixed this ASAP. He made calls got us a completely new water heater and installed it himself in LESS than 20 hours. He was determined about getting this fixed for us because he know we had no hot water.Joe and his team came in, did their magic and I went to wash dishes and burned my hand with hot water. I have never been so happy!It was so nice to know he really cared, wanted to fix the situation and followed through with everything he said. If I have any future plumbing issues I am 100% going to call them. I could not be more happy with their promptness, professionalism, and knowledge.

These gentlemen made a contract with my house previous owner during my escrow. Accordingly they replaced 10’ of cross-woven fiberglass liner with 10 years guarantee related to an issue figured out by my inspector during escrow. They made contract on 26th December, I closed escrow 2nd January (so they conducted the job around this time I don’t know when). After 2 years, last week problem reoccurred. Brinks inspector identified as the problem related to the job they did 2 years ago. However Brink doesn’t want to comply with the guarantee term on contract and they are claim that “according to another clause in contract, I didn’t contact them once I bought the house, didn’t paid them $400 guarantee transfer fee and accordingly they didn’t visit my house and make inspection to clarify guarantee on contract can be transferred”. Probably to fix this issue is gonna cost me around $500 to $1000 which I am fine with. Don’t promise if you are not able to keep it. Dishonest business people.
