Very polite, on time, good communication and professional. Did offer the complimentary pipeline camera inspection which I took. Very educational and eye opener section done by Ehsan. I didn’t do the whole house water jet due to the high cost at the moment. The whole process is smooth and painless. Highly recommended.

My shower stopped working and James Kim from Collins Pacific was excellent! He diagnosed and fixed the problem and even went and double check the pressure. Another company easily could have taken advantage or overcharged me, but Collins Pacific was fair, honest, and extremely competent. I would highly recommend them.

I know that hiring a plumber can be very nerve wracking so I want to give sincere feedback.We had a clog in the drain behind the bathroom sink (beyond the p trap), I had a feeling the corrosion of the cast iron was likely causing the problem - long story short Vlad replaced the section of drain/pipe in the wall which I believe saved me several thousand dollars as I was once quoted to have the whole line replaced.We would absolutely hire Vlad again as he’s very honest, skilled, straightforward and strong!

We had a small leak in our master bathroom which was beginning to show up in our dining room below. I called AR and spoke with Fernando about my problem. He sent out two of his guys, Eduardo and Juan, who were already in the Eucalyptus Ridge complex area working on someone else's unit. Eduardo and Juan came in, checked out the situation, and explained to me every thing that was going to take place, and the cost of the job. The job was theirs.The next day they showed up with tools in hand and ready to conduct business. About mid-way through repairing the leak, I requested they install a walk-in shower for me. Phoned Fernando to inform him of my intentions. No Problem. Mid-way through the shower installation, I requested they replace the present flooring with vinyl. Once again, No Problem.These guys were amazing. No matter what was asked of them they took care of it. The entire process from inspecting the leak to laying down the vinyl flooring was flawless. The new shower and flooring are awesome.I am pretty sure I will be using them in the future.Fernando, you did a great job in who you hired. A direct reflection of the boss, himself. We woke up one day to find that are all of the drains in the house were “backing up.” It was not a pleasant experience. It turns out the nearly $1000 that we spent a few months back to fix our plumbing issues was wasted. My neighbors recommended this plumbing company. We called and they came out later that afternoon. Turns out our pipes were infested with roots. It took several hours to fix the situation, but we now have working plumbing in our home.  They invested a significant amount of time, but in the long run, we are confident of how much money they are saving us. It was worth it. Thank you for your great service and work.
