We had two toilets that were having problems and PIC came out within a couple of hours and fixed them both for a very reasonable price. They were able to provide a quote before coming out and they stuck to it. I would definitely use them again.

Identified what was going on and supplied photos on the status of all the piping. Much appreciated and both gentlemen were ver professional!

During his assessment of the clogged toilet, Kenny checked the crawl space in preparation and discovered a leak from the tub above and a leak that led to the main line. The landlord was notified. The toilet was augered and clog cleared without having to remove the toilet. Kenny was very informative about his assessment of his findings and answered all my questions clearly, even non toilet related ones. Thank you Kenny!!

They identified that my sewer line would need to be repaired due to have a break in the pipe.
