Customer service is top notch. Jose called when he was on the way and arrived between designated time. Once here I discussed the problem with him. He told me what he was planning to do and gave me an estimate. Once he opened up the wall he had me come over and take a look at what he discovered. Jose gave me the options on how to proceed and gave me his opinion. I could tell that he really likes his profession and has great work ethic. After giving him the ok to proceed, he finished the job in a timely manner. I would recommend using this company especially Jose. Great communication, very professional, does a great job, very helpful if you need suggestions or references and cares about the work he does. I will use again if when I have other plumbing issues

Great service, but you're going to pay for it. They came right out, the guy was nice and knowledgeable and went right to work. This is the 1st time I had ever replaced a water heater and I had no idea what they cost, but Bill Howe is a reputable company so I took their word for it. However, my wife and I both got the same reaction from people when we told them it cost almost $2000. Everybody we told said we got ripped off. They did good work and they did it fast, but boy did they charge us for it. About 2 hours work, $500 labor and $1400+ for the parts. Ouch. Live and learn I guess.So, very very expensive, but great service. If you don't mind paying top dollar, call them.

Professional company from the very beginning of getting info, quote then scheduling as compared to other companies. Awesome technician. Knowledgeable, efficient and excellent communication skills to let me know what he was doing, how and why. No sales push but willing to look at other potential plumbing needs and advise if needed, estimate how and when they may fail and what alternate solutions to consider. We plan to use them and will request our technician, Lou, for future plumbing needs

These guys showed up on time and finished early. The product was better than expected and under budget. I would highly recommend! They also followed all CDC guidelines.

We purchased a new home that required extensive work that included going into the concrete foundation. Anthony from Fox was communicative and laid out the work detail in an easy to understand way. Because the work was so intricate we did get to know the staff quite well. Every employee we talked to was a pleasure and did not disrupt our day-to-day (wife works from home regularly).We unfortunately found additional unplanned issues in the plumbing and Anthony walked us through various options. He didn't just upsell or tell us a full replacement was needed for certain items. He physically gave us the opportunities to see the concerns he had. We then waited on his multiple written up reports and made informed decisions on the routes we wanted to go.Our Mortgage lender tied 2/3's of the financing for the plumbing work into our loan and the lenders admittedly were not prepared for payment. We were able to pay our 1/3 out of pocket costs immediately, but the mortgage payment did lag longer than anybody expected. While both parties shared frustration, I appreciate Fox and their professionalism while we dealt with the internal miscommunication our mortgage lender was having.We had a lot of work underneath the home done, but if down the road we need any internal plumbing done we will be sure to call Fox.

They were able to detect the source of the leak in our sewer pipe, get it fixed in a timely manner, and even explained how we could avoid that problem in the future. We've had nothing but positive experiences with them and would recommend them to anyone!

Rich came out and was straight forward on the pricing and the quote was competitive with other companies. PLEP was very professional over the phone and offered a great warranty on work and service. Rich is a great electrician, very professional and kind. I’ll be using this company again.

The Community Plumbing team is absolutely amazing - we've used them a handful of times for our kitchen sink, dishwasher, shower, bath faucet, and bathroom sink; basically, anything water-related in our home. They've fixed it all with no fuss, no mess, superb quality, and incredibly reasonable prices. Scheduling with them is easy and they always arrive when they say they will. One of my favorite things about them is they are truly community-focused. They know people around town, they have friends and connections, and they truly care about the community they live/work in. Supporting local important and they carry the Community name well. I could gush about them for a long time, but they're really good plumbers and they might not like things that gush.

Our water heater started leaking so we needed a new one. Byron and James came out to fix it. They were very knowledgeable and did a very professional job. Both were friendly and easy to talk to. I felt I got better service from them and I could tell they take a personal approach to making sure the work is done right and to the customer's satisfaction. This place is unbelievable. I scheduled for an estimator to come out to give us a quote on AC installation. The first time around the technician never showed up. They called after the 2 hours window that they have me to reschedule. I was reluctant but they insisted that they want to assist. We rescheduled and they never showed again! And no phone call either! Such a disappointment and waste of my time!
