Gabriel was very professional! I just hated having to pay the service fee when Bill Howe was the ones who put our new faucets (6) in just 1 1/2 years ago. I’ve never had my entire faucets come loose before, much less 2 of them! Oh well, at least he was nice about it...but $174.00, ?

I scheduled air conditioner tune-up services on Sunday. The customer service immediately scheduled an appointment at my convenience. They removed brush and debris, cleaned the condenser coils, replaced filters, refilled refrigerant, and ensured that the condensate drain was clear. Very satisfied with the promptness and expertise. All Star Plumbing is the best in town!

They came and fixed my unclogged drain. Mr. Daniel was great he knew what he was doing and he assured me that if something goes wrong within 90 to call his company and they'll come fix the problem. The price was better than anyone I called and they give free estimates. Overall great experience with them. Thanks Rooter Hero.

Roberto was extremely helpful to advise on a problem kitchen faucet hose replacement and allowed me to better understand the trade-offs of different approaches. I ended up getting the entire kitchen faucet replaced and throughout the entire install, Roberto checked in to make sure that I was happy with everything. He was incredibly professional and friendly. Our AC leaked through our ceiling and we didn’t know what to do or how to fix it. We were in a major time crunch because we had company coming into town in the middle of a heat wave! I’m so happy we found Morey. They sent Brian out the very same day and he gave us several different service options on how to fix the issue, from a basic super affordable option to a gold level option to do it all & avoid future issues. I loved the efficient iPad system where we could pick and choose to make it within our budget. He even came out the next day on the weekend to complete the work, just in time for our company to arrive in a couple hours! We plan on having Brian come do some more work, as well as regular maintenance so we don’t have future issues. Super impressed with this company from start to finish! Thank you!

Our 3 1/2 year old water heater pilot was unable to ignite. It couldn’t have happened at a worse time!! We went 2 days without hot water until I was able to reach the manufacture warranty department of which they sent out DIY replacement parts. After receiving the tracking number, parts would be delivered in the next 10 days. Not okay! After calling back and waiting on the phone for another hour, they were able to expedite the parts. When the parts finally arrived, they were not compatible with the water heater. This is when I called Affordable Water Heater to help.My first experience was with dispatch (Diane) was very professional and over accommodating. She offered same day service.In the first attempt to reignite the pilot, Kellen came out and spent over an hour trying to determine the problem. Unfortunately he was unable to re-ignite the pilot as the whole assembly was defective. He recommended the replacement parts.Once the replacement parts arrived, nothing was lining up and I didn’t want to take the chance of messing up any of the components as this is propane heater. I called back to Affordable and they sent Lee and Miguel. These two worked for over three hours trying to configure the new parts. They got it lit but unfortunately it failed after a few hours due to the manufacture parts parts being incompatible.They were all very upfront and honest with me. They shared their past work experiences with my specific brand and told me these are very common problems. After all the hard work they put in I trusted them with their opinion and expertise and decided to replace the water heater.Lee came back out over the weekend and installed a new heater and also went out of his way to restructure my water pump to a more efficient use. Everything was done to perfection. He clearly takes great pride in his work. He educated me on his work and I was very grateful they were able to get out and help me so quickly.In summary, we were without hot water for 10 days waiting for warranty manufacture parts. Thankfully the warranty was still in place and I was offered a store credit for my purchase from the manufacturer. I did not choose to have the same brand replacement as these problems most likely would arise in the next few years again.I am a local real estate agent and pride myself on customer service. It’s nice to experience companies that also have the consumers best interest in mind. I would never hesitate to recommend Affordable Water Heater and Lee, Kellen, and Miguel to perform any of the work.

We called around different companies and Colepepper was the only ones that could come out same day. We are glad they had them because they did great work and were fast.

I had such a great experience with JPP! Our technicians, Edgar and Tristan, were super professional and efficient. I scheduled our services/repairs during my daughter's nap and they were super mindful of being quiet coming in to replace our garbage disposal, which was so sweet. It also was replaced much faster than I anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise.They also replaced a damaged main water line and hydro jetted our main line along with the bathroom and kitchen line to clear all sludge and debris. The service was efficient, they were so sweet to our family, and at the end of the day the value of the service is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Eli made time on a busy day to come to our house to find a small leak under the kitchen sink. He identified the possible source and tightened a connection.
