If you want to know specifics, read on...I scheduled through Don S and he knew all the questions to ask so he could give me a ball park estimate over the phone (although this may not in all cases be possible). His estimate was based on NOT having to run a new 1 1/2 supply line to meet my needs.David arrived promptly at the agreed date and time. After insuring he understood my desires, he did a through analysis of the capability of my main gas supply line. He confirmed that my request could bet met by using the existing 1 supply line. This resulted in a cost for the service provided that matched Don's over the phone estimate. His analysis also confirmed that I would be able to replace my existing (leaking) water heater as long as I did not exceed the BTU level of the current water heater. This info was very useful as the next day I commenced with the water heater replacement.David completed the work quickly and cleanly and I could not have been happier with the result.HIGHLY RECOMMEND CORE PLUMBING!Note: If this reads like my review of Core on Yelp it’s because I am lazy & posted the same review there!

Our service technician, Josh, was excellent! He called ahead, was waiting at the house when I arrived, evaluated the problem quickly and went right to work. Within just a short time, he had resolved the drain stoppage problem and restored our house to good working order. Josh was super professional and personable and even loved on our two big dogs who kept pestering him to see what he was doing under our sink. Josh even noticed, when I wrote him a check, that we use a military bank and inquired if we were a military family so that he could offer us the military discount - now THAT is customer service!

7am: Woke up to a cold shower, and confirmed our suspicions the water tank had retired from service life. Not ideal, but boiling the kettle for baths is not sustainable.10am: So I searched on Yelp, found Paws Plumbing, and they responded immediately. Scheduled a free inspection/quotation.1:00pm: Keith and Mike arrived, on time! After I approved the quote, they started right away. Replaced our Hot Water Tank, disposed of the old one, and talked me through some basic troubleshooting.4:30pm: Hot water flowing only 3.5 hours after they arrived! Great work, very friendly guys, and i'm grateful to have found Paws Plumbing !! We hired Plumbing tree once again and this time to fix our water leak in our Kitchen. Tony came within 1 hour to diagnose and service the problem. He is very professional and polite. He explained what needed to be done and was very honest. Reasonable prices and no-nonsense. Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

The main water pipeline in my house had broken and water had filled inside my house. We needed an immediate response and fix. Many plumbers in Orange County refused to help at such short notice then my brother contacted EZ Plumbing USA. He had taken their service before so he knew they could help us and he was right. After getting our request, the team immediately arrived and repaired the water pipeline. I’m really grateful to them for saving us during the emergency!!!!!!

We had a nightmare situation with the plumbing at our place. Fox came out the same day and got started on it. It took a long time to get done, but to no fault of their own, it was just that bad. Each and every time they had to be here they operated with so much professionalism it was unreal. We were well informed every step of the way. Anthony, Juan, Issac, Jacob are top notch in my eyes. Plummer had trouble with his rotor rooter machine that could not be fixed on the job. He right away call his shop and had another machine brought out. Clear my drain. Shot a camera down the main drain. Show me what was causing the problem. All this for $58.00. Thank You Juan Bernal Grate Job! I would call them again and recomend you ask for Juan if you need a plumber.

They did the job they were hired to do, quick and clean. I had them repair cast iron line that collapsed, had to hammer up concrete, repair line and repair concrete

These guys were awesome! They came out on a Sunday, up in Julian ?️ and it was Father's day?. They were professional, friendly and efficient. Told us exactly what the problem was ?‍?, billed us what was estimated and took care of the problem. It s back to normal in no time at all. Will call on these guys again ?

Plumbing issues are no one’s favorite. Especially homeowners as these repairs can be costly. You never know what the full situation will be until you have it looked at. I called 1st Response Plumber because they are local in the city in which I reside. I needed someone fast as I did not want to risk water damage. My water bill was getting ridiculous from the leak. The dispatcher I spoke with on the phone (Sarah) was so kind and put me at ease. She assured me that she would send her best plumber to our home to remedy the problem. She got me scheduled in no time. The plumber (James) arrived on time and was not only very professional but highly efficient. The problem was a toilet leak. James fixed it in no time. We had a slab leak the week before Christmas. My insurance company contacted your business. Response was fast and on time. The leak was detected and just 2 days before Christmas Eve Tom came out and capped off the area leaking so we would have hot water at the end of the house with the kitchen, laundry and shower. Making us able to have our Christmas Eve Family dinner. I can’t say enough good thing about them and how professional Master Plumbing is. On time, kept us informed and cleaned up after. And then Tom came back and did the rerouting of the pipes. Such amazing service!!!
