Be very careful! A neighbor recommended All Star Plumbing to me.When my house had a slab leak I called them. Because of the neighbor's recommendation and preferring to pay my money to local businessmen, I just went with them and got few other quotes. A plumber came the next day and did the job but I witnessed a couple red flags: They were 2 hours late for both the leak detection and repair appointments, despite being scheduled the first customer for day of repair, plumber had no juice in any of his handheld tools, plumber and helper took smoke break every 20 minutes, clean up was minimal, plumber's helper played video slots on cell phone the whole time. Worse, the repair job caused an adjacent pipe to leak a few days afterwards. Called the plumber back and the plumber said that my 30 year old house had old copper pipes and not his fault. I believed it may have been due to weak power tools not having enough torque to do a clean cut on the pipes. And to cap it all off, when I got my bill, All Star plumbing's name was not on it. It was a company based in temecula. I asked the plumber why and he said that All star plumbing is not his employer and stated, They are only a distributor. Waited a couple months before I reviewed to make sure repair job was holding up. So far the two repairs are holding up but the whole process was a nightmare.Edit to review after owner's response: I don't want to get anybody fired. Just very disappointed that it was not disclosed to me that a third party company was being sent to my house. Repairs are made, bills was paid. Honest review.

There technicians were punctual, resonable, respectful, and great at troubleshooting our plumbing needs.They explained what needed to be done step by step and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends for there plumbing issues. Overall our experience was great and we will be using them in the future for sure. Thank You Roto - Rooter!

First of all, Tony was very professional, on time, very knowledgeable, and clearly explained the work that needed to be done for our office building. He handled the job very well even though it was a difficult one. I highly recommend this company and Tony!

I had a leak in my shower that started as a small drip and became a steady stream in about a weeks time. So I called Fox Plumbing. I spoke with Nicole in the office. She was friendly, kind and professional. When she sensed the panic in my voice she quickly made sure that Pablo the senior tech could squeeze me in to his very busy schedule. From the original phone call to my shower being fixed it was 6 hrs. WOW now that is amazing service. Pablo showed up and was amazing, knowledgeable, very polite and fun. As for cost it was very reasonable. Absolute 5 stars! Fox Plumbing is your new go to Plumbing company.

Jorge A from ALMCO was awesome. Came in fixed my drain and provided detailed explanation and recommendations. He did a great job and was quick and efficient. Clearly he demonstrated knowledgeable expertise in his field. I already have asked him to return to repair a broken cast iron pipe cleanout. I am very impressed with this company thanks to to Jorge A. This seems to be a happy team. From the first phone call with Paul who took my info and was very respectful and patient with me, I just knew this was the right company for the job. Never had a better experience with a contractor. I had a semi clogged toilet and had received a quote from another company that was more than I thought it would be. So I opted out and went for another opinion. I found Get Rooter & Plumbing on Yelp, sent them a message and within minutes I got a response. They were able to send a technician out to me the same day. Andrew was the technician and he was super friendly, nice and informative, told me what he was going to do and did just that. He unclogged my toilet and was able to tell me what caused the toilet to clog and put everything back all under an hour. I definitely recommend them!

Diagnosed and fixed two separate units, each with difficult air conditioning issues. Showed up on Saturday and Sunday! On time, polite and very professional. Our technician was there, we had him fix our wine cellar cooling system. Would recommend him to anyone.

Jacob & Elias did a GREAT job installing the water softener system for our home. They were professional, courteous & fast! Their work was very clean & neat, did not leave a mess. No leakage from pvc pipes were found & the unit works great! We got soften water that evening! Jacob was able to answers all my questions & concerns. Benji came to replace the shower drain of the master bathroom. He explained what he was going to do after looking at the old drain. Once the job was finished he came down stairs to let me know that he was finished. Asked me to come and see what he had done. Benji made sure that everything was clean before leaving. He’s very professional and did a great job.

I’m very happy with the quality of his work, his attention to detail and his expertise.
