Best Leaking Faucet in San Diego CA

Steven arrived at my house in a polite manner. He introduced himself and went straight to work. He wore gloves and a face mask. He minded his own business while he did his job and I was very pleased with the work he did for me. I appreciate his help and I definitely recommend you to call this business the next time you need plumbing fixed.

Brett and his team was fantastic. They kept us in the loop, worked quickly and did everything they could to help explain to us what was going on and fix the problem quickly. I was so frustrated with our outcome but Brett put our minds at ease and reassured us we were doing the correct procedure. We were so happy with his and his teams work, we couldn't possibly appreciate them more. They were responsive and easy to talk too. And dumbed down questions for even me to understand while my husband was at work.

I gave this 1star Because it annoys me that there is no free estimate. They charge from the time they Arrive on the job until the time they leave. This includes the time it takes him to make an estimate, The time it takes to write the bill, etc. for me this took 30 minutes. Over $60! And drain not cleared. My drain cleaner did it successfully fir $40. Very Disappointed and will never called him again

Although his company did a good job, it was overpriced and no breakdown of the pricing. We feel we got ripped off

We needed to hook up our dishwasher, our fridge's icemaker, and install new water supply lines as well. We called Almco for a second opinion and both Danial & Jorge were incredibly friendly, professional and communicative from start to finish! We could trust they were going to do a good job and they didn't charge us for any uncessary work like the previous plumbing company was going to. Definitely recommend working with them!

Disappointed... Looked to work with local, family owned biz that didn't do a ton of advertising (adding to cost) to clear kitchen drain. Tech came out (nice enough) but seemed too quick to call boss (Javier) to camera the line. His answer for cheapest, best solution was to dig up slab (through hardwood floor). Called several other providers and another outfit came out next day, assessed, jetted line and camera confirmed for 1/5 the cost. Be wary of scare tactics and upsell.

All work and concerns, completed efficiently and to your satisfaction. Will recommend them to our friends and use Point Loma Electric again.

my water pipe busted in the wall and watch it was all around. I need somebody to fix it as soon as possible and dry everything. This company was amazing reliable. I absolutely recommend you this team.

They were assigned to come to my house to replace my water heater. They did not show up. No call no text no email nothing. Left me hanging. Then proceeded to tell my insurance company that they showed up at 4:00 and nobody was home. Straight lies for what? Do not trust this bogas company that says the hours are 8 to 5. They stop answering calls at 2:30

When the technician, Juan Pelayo reached out to ask a few more questions about our problem and his estimated time for being here. He was very nice and professional. His timelines were clear and his guess as to the problem turned out right. That meant the phone estimate for the cost was right on. Juan agreed to text when he was in his way so we didn't have to stay at the houseJuan was professional throughout the job and a great communicator. He made it easy to understand what the issue was and our options for taking care of it. We would definitely recommend Ace and Juan, they resolved our emergency plumbing issue with no fuss!

We needed a new central air conditioning unit installed for our san diego home. We called ace contractors after a recommendation from on of our friends. We also called several other air conditioning companies in san diego to get estimates and price quotes. Out of the 4 that we contacted, ace contractors was the first to get back to us, and gave us the best price out of all the companies. The technicians that helped us install our new central air system were very polite, kind, and respectful. Our new central air conditioning unit works flawlessly now and we couldn't be happier. We definitely recommend Ace Contractors.

Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.
