After a late night leak called Bill Howe. Juan L arrived w/in 30 min and stayed until early morn when the pipe was fixed. He took the time to ensure there weren't any other issues too. Despite the late hour he was friendly and helpful! Returned a few days later to do follow up. Cannot say enough about this great experience!!

Be very careful! A neighbor recommended All Star Plumbing to me.When my house had a slab leak I called them. Because of the neighbor's recommendation and preferring to pay my money to local businessmen, I just went with them and got few other quotes. A plumber came the next day and did the job but I witnessed a couple red flags: They were 2 hours late for both the leak detection and repair appointments, despite being scheduled the first customer for day of repair, plumber had no juice in any of his handheld tools, plumber and helper took smoke break every 20 minutes, clean up was minimal, plumber's helper played video slots on cell phone the whole time. Worse, the repair job caused an adjacent pipe to leak a few days afterwards. Called the plumber back and the plumber said that my 30 year old house had old copper pipes and not his fault. I believed it may have been due to weak power tools not having enough torque to do a clean cut on the pipes. And to cap it all off, when I got my bill, All Star plumbing's name was not on it. It was a company based in temecula. I asked the plumber why and he said that All star plumbing is not his employer and stated, They are only a distributor. Waited a couple months before I reviewed to make sure repair job was holding up. So far the two repairs are holding up but the whole process was a nightmare.Edit to review after owner's response: I don't want to get anybody fired. Just very disappointed that it was not disclosed to me that a third party company was being sent to my house. Repairs are made, bills was paid. Honest review.

We had a great experience with Rooter Hero. Anthony Sanchez was a very competent plumber who fixed our plumbing issue in a short amount of time. Pablo came out today and fixed up a water valve behind the fridge. I live in a high-rise in down town and he was able to work with the on-site tech and finish the job in 30 minutes. He was well prepared for the job and we had no leaks during the process. He also tested it before you left to make sure there were no leaks. Thank you Fox!

We had a sewage clog in the main 3” line on a Saturday afternoon. We were desperate. Called Ideal Plumbing and In less than an hour an Ideal technitian, Jose, arrived, went to work, and solved the problem. He was a polite young man who displayed pride in the quality of his work. He told us the cause of the problem, cleaned the area, and left it in better shape than he found it.

Our installer (Jonathan) did an excellent job installing our new water heater. He fixed a lot of the issues with the original install of the previous water heater, I was very impressed with his attention to detail and he didn't hesistate to answer any questions I had for him. He was very professional and very friendly. Thank you so much!

I called this particular company because I was seeking professional experience and know how. Ken Morey's work ethic shines through. I appreciated his attention to safety and other important details. After he did a maintenance service on my 30 year+ wall heater he left it up to me to replace it or not. It was in working condition. The next day I called to make an appointment to install a new one. This is an old Hillcrest home and he had to resolve a few issues which he did with expertise. It took a more time but he didn't charge me the extra hours. He also took the initial maintenance service charge off the cost of the new heater install.

Jonnie did a great job replacing our hot water heater. Everything was explained thoroughly and all questions were answered. There was no pressure to upsell. He just wanted to find out what would work best for our family. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

We own an older home in Kensington which comes with the unique complications of an older home. Gabriel was our estimator and his background and knowledge of the older home construction was an asset. After crawling under the house , Gabriel provided me with photos of the current layout and and explanation of proposed work his company would complete. All work was started and completed on time including that which had to be done by subcontractors. All workers were professional and followed health and safety guidelines required by the Coronavirus pandemic . Our install was in a confined location under the house , this was not an easy job for Daniel and Saul but it did not seem to deter them . Once installation was complete they gave us a full explanation of the operation of the furnace and answered all of our questions . We could not be more pleased with the quality of furnace offered as well as the workmanship.
