It was a very nice experience with Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air. Our water heater was leaking and upon calling Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air - Julie answered the call and was extremely nice and helpful. She took the information and informed me that a Service Technician would be calling within the next 4 hours prior to coming out that afternoon. Within 10 to 15 minutes, I received another call back indicating a Service Technician would be able to make it out within 1/2 hour to 1 hour. Ruben Reyes arrived within the hour - extremely fast service. He promptly reviewed the situation and provided the options for replacing the water heater. He was able to replace the water heater that same afternoon. In addition, to replacing the water heater he provided additional great customer service by looking at our water filtration system that was installed by Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air 5 years ago and it checked out ok. Ruben even added additional piping outside where the water filtration system drains so it would go further away from the house and actually water more of the outside bushes when it does drain. Great for us and the area especially with the local water issues. Thank you again to a Great Staff at Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air - keep up the good work.

I used Bill Howe on a Sunday and had a great experience. I called Saturday night for an issue with a water heater. On Sunday Corey was dispatched to the rental to fix the water heater. His communication throughout the entire appointment was appreciated since I was not on site. He was professional, polite personable and had great customer service before and after the appointment. I highly recommend Bill Howe. They are super professional, honest and all around nice. This is my third time working with them within a week on separate properties. Thank you again Corey for being so great and getting the problem solved today.

This place is unbelievable. I scheduled for an estimator to come out to give us a quote on AC installation. The first time around the technician never showed up. They called after the 2 hours window that they have me to reschedule. I was reluctant but they insisted that they want to assist. We rescheduled and they never showed again! And no phone call either! Such a disappointment and waste of my time!
