In November 2020 was having an issue with my laundry pipes. My laundry drain pipe was clogged for a while and we needed a very long snake to push through it. We had just had a drain access installed. I've used Discount Plumbing before for a big clog in our toilet pipes. Cody came through that first time and really hooked us up with his help. For our new issue with our laundry drain pipes I didn't hesitate to call Discount Plumbing again. This time we were sent Jose who came, handled business, and knocked it out the park in no time at all. Always appreciate their honesty and integrity, oh and their good business practices as well. Core plumber (Tony) came to assess severe leaks around our outdoor built-in grill/island. He was able to assess the problem, isolate and shut off the leak around the island, and replace a damaged flow regulator potentially preventing indoor flooding/leaking.

Kitchen sink and laundry drain to main line were slow. I called Rooter Solutions SD and they said a technician would be out within 1-2 hours. Alberto, the technician called me within 45 minutes and was promptly here a short time later. He showed up, listened to my problem and then proceeded to go to work. Half way through he stopped to clean up as to manage the overall mess. He worked at it until the problem was resolved. (Thanks again Alberto!) I'm definitely going to use them should I need to. Lalo evaluated three low voltage track fixtures to see what was needed to convert from halogen to LED bulbs. Bulbs flickered on only one track, so he recommended and installed new dimmer switch for that track only. The flickers seem to be gone.We also wanted three hanging pendants shortened; they are on the track that flickered. He brought all the tools needed, shortened the cables, adjusting to make sure they were all the same length.All the work was done carefully and quickly.We appreciated his work, his conscientiousness, and that he was so pleasant and easy to work with.

Michael made himself available in a pinch (on a Sunday / when I was under time pressure) for a leak in my washing machine. He came over as fast as he could, fixed the issue, and was patient offering additional advice based on what he saw. He’s a friendly guy and has great pricing too (even for an ‘emergency’ job). Will definitely contact Benoist again for anything plumbing.

Our technician, Edward Tackett, was on time, friendly, professional, and saved us from having to use the hydro jetter which resulted in over $500 in savings compared to our estimated quote. Very thankful for his persistence!
