I had asked them to move the appointment up because the sink was becoming unbearable for the employees and they never set the appointment. Instead they came on the day that was originally scheduled before I called to move it up.

I had an upstairs toilet leak late Saturday night. I called a few “24 hrs emergency “ plumbers and either got no answer or was told it was a quiet night so they let everyone off. Fernando of ARS answered and said he’d be right over and he was! He stopped the leak, replaced parts, shared friendly banter and was on his way. We were (are) so grateful. He even checked on us the next day and gave us tips on how to fix the water damage. Would definitely use ARS again for ANY plumbing needs, especially for emergencies
