Two technicians showed up on the same day I called. They were professional and friendly. They found the source of the leak that was dripping from the attic to the downstairs bedroom. They explained every step clearly. They cleaned up the area they worked in well. They emailed me the pictures of the part they took out and the one they replaced. I recommend their service even though the price was higher than I was anticipating.

The plumbers arrived precisely on time at 8:00 AM to install a new water line from the street to the house since the original was leaking badly. The work was done in a highly prompt and efficient manner. I really appreciate the leave it as you found it attitude of the team that did the work. They sodded the trench before it was dug and the sod was placed back when done. The trench dirt was placed on plastic so it could all be returned to the trench not leaving any on the lawn. Also even though the what the plumbers and I thought were tiles unexpectedly turned out to be 4 1/2 inch concrete the team took on the extra effort without complaint and did not charge extra. Again with leave it as you found it care was taken when cutting the concrete to cut in the grout lines of the tiles on top and it was able to be placed back as is was without damage. All the fine details we agreed on were like the new shutoff valve to the irrigation system were done without having to remind or nag them. Today I did a leak test on the system, when I left for work the water meter read 73738.76 when I returned it read 73738.76. This shows the work was done right the first time.I really appreciate the hard and excellent work the team did and it really exceeded my expectations. I would use this team again for future work.

We had to call an emergency plumber today. This company was very nice, professional, and responsive. They didn’t even charge us for coming out, since we didn’t need any repairs right now. Looks like we may need some repairs soon though, and we plan to call this company.

Rooter Hero left the site without a proper fitting clean out cap. When I used the washer the clean out cap came off the flooded garage.

Emory blew us away, quickly coming to our rescue. Classic homeowner (condo) problem: plumbing emergency at 3:00pm on a Friday. Broken valves on the clothes washer, requiring a full shut-off from the main. And we had dinner guests coming. What to do? On the advice of our neighbor, we called Emory. Emory was AMAZING. They listened and quickly understood our problem. And within 30 minutes two of their courteous, professional plumbers were at our door with everything needed to repair the problem. They were in and out in a jiffy, and the bill was far less than I anticipated. While I hope we don't need plumbers often, I know who we will call when we do. Emory it is.

So I was looking for someone in Orange County who could fix the issue properly as soon as possible. I called two plumbers but they didn’t reply. Then I contacted EZ Plumbing USA. They immediately responded to my request and sent a plumber. Their plumber Donald was well-behaved and experienced. He handled the water heater carefully and replaced the safety guard, insulation and access panel. Now, it is working properly and I'm thankful to EZ Plumbing USA for it.

We purchased a new home that required extensive work that included going into the concrete foundation. Anthony from Fox was communicative and laid out the work detail in an easy to understand way. Because the work was so intricate we did get to know the staff quite well. Every employee we talked to was a pleasure and did not disrupt our day-to-day (wife works from home regularly).We unfortunately found additional unplanned issues in the plumbing and Anthony walked us through various options. He didn't just upsell or tell us a full replacement was needed for certain items. He physically gave us the opportunities to see the concerns he had. We then waited on his multiple written up reports and made informed decisions on the routes we wanted to go.Our Mortgage lender tied 2/3's of the financing for the plumbing work into our loan and the lenders admittedly were not prepared for payment. We were able to pay our 1/3 out of pocket costs immediately, but the mortgage payment did lag longer than anybody expected. While both parties shared frustration, I appreciate Fox and their professionalism while we dealt with the internal miscommunication our mortgage lender was having.We had a lot of work underneath the home done, but if down the road we need any internal plumbing done we will be sure to call Fox.

I have only had the best experiences with this company. I’ve installed two new furnaces (different units). Each time a really good experience. Today I had a small gas leak (on existing pipe fitting) on Sunday. Alex came and did an amazing job to fix the problem and performed regular maintenance.
