I absolutely love these guys. After dealing with a terrible plumber who constantly had excuses and would not show up, or be days late, it was amazing to deal with PIC. Their customer service is amazing and the plumber actually shows up in the designated window of time. I will definitely be using these guys for all of my future plumbing issues. I'm very impressed!

Called the business and was quoted $105 for the service and $80 for a weekend fee. When the technician arrived. He stated that it would cost $375 dollars for a mainline cleaning. Do not trust what the business says over the phone, their prices are joy consistent and will give you a new price at arrival. I’d recommend going to a different business if you are looking for honesty, if they would have just been upfront the service was otherwise fine.

I recently had Rooter Solutions replace my entire sewer system. That's right, a total replacement of everything between the sinks/toilets and the city's line in the middle of the street. RS had the most competitive bid of the five companies I sourced. Roberto was extremely helpful to advise on a problem kitchen faucet hose replacement and allowed me to better understand the trade-offs of different approaches. I ended up getting the entire kitchen faucet replaced and throughout the entire install, Roberto checked in to make sure that I was happy with everything. He was incredibly professional and friendly. Wow! When I say that this was hands down the best service I have received from a plumbing business, I mean it. The Drain Help crew came within 2 hours of my call; my wife and I recently moved into a new home in Encinitas and needed repairs for a clogged drain.. turns out we needed a whole system replaced and Ali really explained the process before and gave us a reasonably prices quote.
