I called their office early the day after Thanksgiving for a clogged kitchen sink. Ruth got back to me quickly to confirm they had a team available in the afternoon. She called me again to let me know when they would be arriving. Cesar and Josh arrived and quickly assessed the problem. They began working and always maintained safety precautions.I had purchased a disposal that caused extra work and time for them, but they came up with a solution, created new piping and completed the work as quickly as possible. They cleaned up everything and sanitized the area before leaving.While there, Cesar also repaired a toilet and discussed another issue I have with a washer and dryer installation.They were so friendly, professional and helpful. I will be calling them again for other work and highly recommend them!

From the very first phone call, I was very impressed with their service. I had no heat, and within 2 hours for a service call, they were at my home. The heating contactor was very efficient in assessing the problem, trouble shooting and making recommendations. I had the option of making repairs, but was also given an estimate of future issues since the furnace was over 11 years old. I opted for replacement and a sales appointment was set up for later in the day. When Luke arrived, he was very professional, spent a lot of time making sure I had a clear understanding of the systems available to choose from, which ones would fit my needs, the costs involved and helped me make a decision that I was comfortable with. Since I had no heat at all, he arranged to have the installment done the next day, and provided me with space heaters, for which I really appreciated!! The following day, the installation crew arrived early, the installation went very smoothly, and I was very impressed with their workmanship. The San Diego heating and cooling team was very polite, went about doing their work without interruption. It was originally set up to install the furnace on Wednesday, and return the next day to do the a/c installation, but the company and sent a crew of young men who committed to getting the job done in one day. I was impressed. I have been a customer of Tarpy Heating and Air since 2009 because I find them to be very trustworthy, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
