John and Tyler came to inspect a water stain on the ceiling that eventually started to leak (slow leak). They inspected, conducted tests to determine source and extent of leak. They were truthful and thorough in their assessment. They gave helpful recommendations. The service fee was just, they cleaned up the work area nicely. I highly recommend their services!

Called and spoke with the Owner, Charlie, who was super helpful and honest... Charlie told me that I probably didn't need to have the work completed that I suspected and even went out of his way to give me extremely valuable info to help assuage my concerns... Charlie is a class act and is a kind and honest plumber with years of experience!!!

I just moved here from out of state. Found evidence of a leak in a bathtub drain. Ryan was recommenced to me by our management company. He did a masterful job of locating the source, gaining access with a minimum degree of disturbance to walls etc, and making the repair!

Excellent job. We have been having problems with our drains for years. Mitch and Nick came out and fixed the problem and dripped some knowledge on me.Edit:Some people have mentioned the price it cost for this company to come out and do work. True, I could have spent $75 instead of the almost $1500 I spent on having my home warranty pick someone to snake 3 drains and use a camera down my main drain but I wanted the job done right the first time by a company I trusted.

Gilbert was great. He had to replace 10'0 of copper tubing in my attic on a very hot day, in attic it was @125 degrees hot and he soldiered through and got the job done.

Caesar was great, he was very knowledgeable explained everything he was doing and most of all CLEAN!, He cleaned up everything, he left no mess and was very careful of any surroundings in the area in which he needed to work. From the first phone call I made to set the appointment to when they finished, window time given was spot on, the value was great for the service they provided, very punctual and the quality of work surpasses any other plumber I have ever used. They definitely earned my business and referral to anyone who asks for a plumber!

We used  Fox Plumbing after getting bids from 3 other competitors for a full house repipe, water heater replacement and replacing a significant section of cast iron under adjoining bathrooms. Fox was the only one to not try to dissuade us from using permits. They took to the time to hear our concerns, answer every single one of our questions in a very detailed manner helped guide us in picking the right products for our needs and were very patient with us. We found their prices fair, and they worked with us on the change orders, and were respectful of our budget. We took advantage of their financing option (will update this post if needed), which helped give us the confidence and the option to make adjustments on the fly.We worked mainly with Steve throughout the quoting process, planning and with regards to scope changes. Fernando and Ryan were the main onsite crew, and worked some long hours to get the job done in the agreed on timeframe, despite some unexpected surprises. They did their best to be accommodating and were very easy to work with. They kept me up to date, were professional, and there were no problems that they didn't solve.We plan on using Fox in the near future to complete the cast iron removal and for some additional smaller plumbing needs.

Guillermo was on time, very polite, knowledgeable and promptly took care of my drain stoppage issue. Strongly recommend Rooter Solutions and Guillermo if you need plumbing fixes at a fair and reasonable cost.

I called Tony and Eric because of a leaky valve in the toilet. The water wouldn't stop running. They said they would be in my area and stop by a little later. A couple hours later they showed up and had it fixed within a few minutes. Awesome customer service and really nice guys. Pricing is totally reasonable too!

Very, very expensive. The lady on the phones came off a bit rude, but had someone call me back to schedule. When I asked about the price, the man on the phone said, At lease a couple hundred dollars. So I made an appointment, put in 48 hours notice for my condo. When they showed up, I was quoted $1865, negotiated down to $1500, to change a shower cartridge and handle replacement. For 45 minutes of work. I was told because they have 17 trucks on the road, that is why they are so much more than other companies. I declined their work because of the insane price. I went with another company, had to put in another 48 hour notice, and was charged $365 out the door and they diagnosed the issue and finished the repair within the hour.

Well I can tell you that if your going to use a plumbing company I would highly recommend calling ARS Plumbing. They were very professional, polite and very easy to work with.with. on time and took care to make sure the job was done right. And so at a very decent price. Fernando is a good man and cares for his customers. Him and his crew were nice and easy to talk to. God bless you and your crew..ARS is the best.
