Talk about turning negative to positive. Althought there were some scheduling issues and a minor billing adjustment to be made, the overall experience has me feeling happy. I was contacted by the owner Janet couple of times and they made it work. Both plumbers and parts guy were extremely professional, and I would recommend them again.

Best slab leak detection and repair services! Excellent service by the EZ team. Experts reached within 30 minutes and had done a precise inspection to locate the leak. I was sincerely blown away by their detailed explanation of the problem as well as the solution. They were quick at their job and well-equipped. Surely the go-to plumbing services for all kinds of plumbing issues.

Rooter Hero saved the day! Our problem started early at 7am on a Sunday. We called the first business that popped up in Google (a Rooter Hero competitor). We were promised a technician would be out by 10am-12pm... No show. We called and were promised it would be closer to 2pm-4pm... No show. We called again and were told they were not sure whether they could get to us. We called Rooter Hero, and were treated with compassion, honesty, integrity and professionalism from the first call, to the dispatcher call. They were upfront that it was late on a Sunday, and could not promise they could get to us, but they PROMISED If we cannot get there tonight, we will have our supervisor (Michael S.) swing by first thing. Mike showed up promptly at 7am. All around, start to finish, great customer service, great technician, great service, great price. Rooter Hero earned a customer for life! Thank you Rooter Hero!

Miguel was fantastic installing our tankless water heater. The company itself? I'd rather just deal with Miguel. He should go into business for himself. A great guy, very professional, and knowledgeable. The company does not trust the client or the employee. After we signed the authorization with Miguel, we were forced to speak with a company rep in Quality Assurance who made us repeat back everything Miguel had just told us, like they didn't trust that Miguel explained things properly. Also, we were told when I made the initial inquiry that the estimate would be free. As Miguel was on his way over, a company rep called and said the estimate would be $98 dollars, doing a bait and switch. Like I said, Miguel was great. The company? I'll just call Miguel directly from now on...

Brain and Paul, the plumbers who did the work were clearly highly experienced and completed the job to a very high quality.I felt confident from the moment I opened the front door for them and they proved most efficient and personable.I have been a Subway franchisee for over twenty years and have used many different plumbers. I have found Morey Heating and cooling company to be one of the most prompt and reliable companies.I was concerned with a gas leak reported by my neighbor who was smelling gas in her unit, but I couldn’t smell it in my unit, After trouble shooting, and upon making an enquiry regarding the leak to my neighbor I was amazed Brian found the leak by cutting a small hole in the wall behind my stove within 20 minutes. Couldn't believe it. He fixed the gas leak in my kitchen, cleaned and removed all debris and mess and left the place clean and tidy.There was great communication throughout starting with Ken the owner of the company to Shannon the personable lady taking the calls in the office. Everything that needed explaining was explained well. There was good communication leading up to the work being done and I was extremely happy with the overall service provided by this companyTheir work was a first-class standard and they completed all the work in two days.I am very satisfied customer, I will definitely use them again, and won't hesitate to highly recommend them for any plumbing, heating and cooling work.Michael M.

My husband and I have been tirelessly working to find someone who could help us solve our kitchen sink draining issue. We had plumbers at our house all day yesterday from another company who told us our pipe is broken and they will need to dig up our kitchen flooring to install new pipes. Thank GOD we called Perry Plumbing & Pipelining for a second opinion and got Danny & Adrian. These guys are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem within two hours and were able to fix the problem within a few hours after that. Turns out our pipes are not broken, although they do have a few cracks in them. They got our sink draining again and offered us options to fix the cracks in the pipe WITHOUT tearing up our kitchen. Not to mention they are very affordable considering the great work they do. Thank you so much Adrian and Danny for all your help! We will definitely be using you guys again in the future. I highly recommend using this company and asking for Adrian & Danny!

Great company that came out within an hour of me calling. Jason was a great worker who explained everything up front.

I reached out to Carini after being notified of major gas leak in the crawl space of our home. SDGE had turned off the gas already, but Carini went out of their way to get someone out to us ASAP.AJ was able to get to our house by 8am, and quickly diagnosed the problem. After giving us our options, we opted to take the quote and attempt to go through our home warranty company...this was a mistake!After several days of back and forth with the warranty company, incorrectly filed service requests on their end, and an appointment with an appointed plumber who went radio silent after their 10 minute visit, I ended up deciding to go out of pocket. AJ and Carini were checking in with me periodically to make sure that I was being taken care of by the warranty, so it was a no brainer to give them business.AJ was back out to the house after rearanging his schedule, and had our leaking plumbing replaced, and gas lines rerouted. He verified that we were leak free, and went about setting up the appointments for city inspection and SDGE service reactivation.I can't thank AJ and the team at Carini enough for the care exhibited for our home and family!

A great experience! David came out for the initial visit. He was thorough and provided insight into repairs/replacements that should be made to prevent future plumbing issues. I originally just thought I needed some toilets with running/flushing issues repaired but David noticed that the water lines and stops were of very inferior quality. All the materials, including the toilets were the lowest quality that today's homebuilders install to save them money. He made great recommendations for reasonable priced upgrades, providing various pricing levels. Larry and Daniel came out the next week and replaced 2 toilets and re-built the insides of a third. They were polite, prompt and so efficient. In less than 2 hours any concerns I had about plumbing were gone!

I CALLED TO INQUIRE FOR BUSINESS AND FRED WAS VERY MUCH UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BOTHER ASKING QUESTIONS, HIS ILL-TEMPERED BEHAVIOR WAS THE WORST. HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER CARE. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!EDIT:Frank called me to resolve the issue that occurred with Fred. With what seemed to be an in-genuine call at first just to get the review removed/fixed, I am fixing this review due to his best efforts. He did his best to defuse the situation and straighten things out. While this should not have occurred in the first place, I am willing to give this company a chance at business. This is my honest review. Thanks.4 stars for efforts.

Seriously the best customer service in the business. Great, fair prices, excellent at keeping appointment times and truly awesome, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will never use any other company but this.
