Gabriel was the plumber sent to take care of my plumbing issue by Bill Howe. I was a bit nervous at first. I've had many plumbers in the past come out to preform services; however, he was by far the fastest and best I've had out,! He was knowledgeable and very clear on his estimates of services. I would highly recommend Gabriel from Bill Howe.

Best slab leak detection and repair services! Excellent service by the EZ team. Experts reached within 30 minutes and had done a precise inspection to locate the leak. I was sincerely blown away by their detailed explanation of the problem as well as the solution. They were quick at their job and well-equipped. Surely the go-to plumbing services for all kinds of plumbing issues.

Corey was so professional and courteous & real gem. Unfortunately, he was unable to remedy the problem so the next day( so much for same day service) we got Franco...another story indeed. He called me when he was finished to rudely up sell me on some high priced remedies ( I know they are overpriced because I had jetting done before for 1/3 of the price he quoted) then he left the bathroom a mess telling my tenants that he told me what to do and I would take care of it. Then my tenants called to tell me he walked out the door and said I'm leaving and they asked is the bathroom usable?, he said not until it's cleaned and then only until it clogs again. When I called the company they said regulations prohibit their techs to clean raw sewage. When I arrived to access the situation, there was no more than a cup full of substance, equivalent to a baby's dirty diaper (raw sewage, right?) so with a few paper towels and some bleach...all is fine. No thanks to My Plumber. Since when do Plumbers NOT deal with this? Is that NOT the job description? Not MY Plumber anymore!!

We had problems with old drains and had RR come out and fix them. After several false starts ,Alex ,Tony and Mike got it right and [fingers crossed] so far all is well. The lads were always very polite and did their best to take care of the problems as we went along, a pleasure to have them work for us.

Water heater at my home was giving extremely hot water. My wife called EZ Plumbing USA based in Orange County as she saw their positive reviews online. Their plumber arrived and inspected the water heater thoroughly. He told me that the thermostat temperature setting must be too high and the heater requires some replacements. He removed the access panel, insulation and plastic safety guard and adjusted the temperature settings. He replaced the plastic safety guard, access panel, & insulation. My heater is functioning properly now.

I’ve had an ongoing issue with a clogged tub, and Exodus is working with the management company for my condo to resolve it. They’ve been out twice so far, and both times the people who came were very professional and courteous. They seem to have figured out the problem, and hopefully everything will be taken care of soon! I have no hesitation in recommending them for any of your plumbing needs.

I am very satisfied with the company’s customer service. They looked for great solutions to multiple problems I was dealing with for years. Especially Isai Saaib, he was great at explaining and getting the service promptly. Great team!

Michael is personable, friendly and very willing to answer questions. He took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I felt like he really cared, especially when he cleaned up and put everything back in the room where the water heater was. I would HIGHLY recommend his company.

Chad did an excellent job. He figured out the problem with some flooding and fixed it. He also fixed some leaking copper pipes and flushed our a drain. He did all this for less than I was expecting.

AFTER PAYING $23000 WE WOULD HOPE THAY THEY ACTUALLY FINISHED THE JOB!!!!! MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY THEIR WORK!!I called MVP on a Sunday afternoon for a back up in my rental units. They had someone at the property by the evening. Rene was very helpful in telling us to wait until Monday morning to lower the costs, they were back the next day and let us know what needed to be done within a few hours. We instantly felt like we could trust Rene so we moved forward with their proposal and they began working on the property. It was a big job, the main pipe running to the sump pump had to be replaced.The main reason for 3 stars is because they did not finish the job and I wish I would of verified the pipe installation before they covered it up with concrete, because the fact that they left things undone gives me a bad feeling that the main job wasn't fully done. I wish that I didn't pay them before checking out the property because maybe I would not be writing this review. Rene even came to my job to ensure they got paid right away and he assured me that everything was going to be taken care of. It is now August and it's still not done. They left a giant rock on the sidewalk and the newly filled concrete has a huge gap and it was not like this before!! I got hit with a water bill of $800, i called True Value Plumbing and came out to do a full home plumbing inspection. They located a leak in the water main line in my front yard.Cody and his team were fast and responsive to my calls and started working ASAP. They removed the top of my landscape carefully to re patch whenever work was done. Now it looks like there was no dig out. Team was efficient and clean.I would highly recommend them.And also my go to plumber now! ?
