Powers Plumbing has been wonderful in responding immediately to any plumbing concerns I’ve had. With an older historic home, it’s especially comforting to know that they are up to the challenge of pinpointing a problem and fixing it, quickly and effectively.

John and Tyler came to inspect a water stain on the ceiling that eventually started to leak (slow leak). They inspected, conducted tests to determine source and extent of leak. They were truthful and thorough in their assessment. They gave helpful recommendations. The service fee was just, they cleaned up the work area nicely. I highly recommend their services!

We purchased a new home that required extensive work that included going into the concrete foundation. Anthony from Fox was communicative and laid out the work detail in an easy to understand way. Because the work was so intricate we did get to know the staff quite well. Every employee we talked to was a pleasure and did not disrupt our day-to-day (wife works from home regularly).We unfortunately found additional unplanned issues in the plumbing and Anthony walked us through various options. He didn't just upsell or tell us a full replacement was needed for certain items. He physically gave us the opportunities to see the concerns he had. We then waited on his multiple written up reports and made informed decisions on the routes we wanted to go.Our Mortgage lender tied 2/3's of the financing for the plumbing work into our loan and the lenders admittedly were not prepared for payment. We were able to pay our 1/3 out of pocket costs immediately, but the mortgage payment did lag longer than anybody expected. While both parties shared frustration, I appreciate Fox and their professionalism while we dealt with the internal miscommunication our mortgage lender was having.We had a lot of work underneath the home done, but if down the road we need any internal plumbing done we will be sure to call Fox.

We have used Ideal for over 20 years for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. They are professional and extremely responsive to our needs. They do quality work and stand behind it. They recently replaced our ancient HVAC system with a modern high efficiency model. They made sure we received the maximum rebates possible. They spent a lot of time tweaking it to make sure it met our expectations. Our home is much more comfortable than it was before and our energy use has fallen dramatically.

They were able to arrive same-day, when other companies were a day out. Roberto, the tech was very professional and friendly. He was able to cut through some fine roots in the main line to septic tank connection. I’m running copper sulfate for now, to kill remaining roots, and will repair later.

Lee Frei has been very kind, professional, and informative… he quickly diagnosed and resolve the issue and provide some tips on maintaining the water heater.

Barry Nix and Jonny were professional, very communicative, appraised us of each step and were on time. We already have plans to hire them next week for a bathroom repair! Highly recommend the company for their honesty, respectfulness and quick job completion!

Michael is personable, friendly and very willing to answer questions. He took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I felt like he really cared, especially when he cleaned up and put everything back in the room where the water heater was. I would HIGHLY recommend his company.

Brandon from John Padella plumbing arrived at the promised time to fix a leak in the kitchen faucet. He did a great job replacing the old faucet with a suitable replacement and replaced the old shut-off valves. He also checked other faucets and fixtures for leaks. A very clean and professional job. I would be happy to use this company again.

Had a leak behind my refridgerator. Called Carmel Valley Plumbing and Jeff returned my call promptly. Despite his busy schedule, he came by in a few hours to assess the problem.
