They respectfully explained every step to me, kept the work area neat and tidy, and left it looking even better than they found it, even with the great big scar right in the middle of my patio! They couldn't possibly be paid enough for the difficult, demanding, and strenuous work they do. They are a credit to your company and to themselves.

Bill Howe just completed plumbing and construction work in my laundry room. The job was led by Scott and his team did fantastic work. The team included Daniel (tiling) and Alan (plumbing) as well as two or three others whose names I unfortunately didn't get. All technicians were professional and thoughtful in the approach to their work. Have used BH several times. I can always count on the staff to show up, show up on time, be courteous, neat and to know what they are talking about. Most importantly, I've found this is a company that stands behind its work, which is very rare. I give them huge props for their integrity.

I called late on a Sunday night because there was a leak in my irrigation system and I couldn't find the shut off valve. They stayed on the phone with me, looked at pictures I texted of the problem, and talked me through it as a courtesy!! Wow, I was so grateful and impressed.

Charlie came very quick same day and fixed my problem immediately.

On time, efficient, my second time calling them.

Tony was very professional, knowlegable, and patient. He did a great job in fixing my kitchen sink pipe leak.

Fuentes is the best in San Diego! I am so lucky that my landlord uses Fuentes for our apartment complex. In the last two years they have come by 2-3 times and each time they are 1) right on time 2) so considerate and 3) great at their jobs. We had our sink fixed today and I had to share how helpful Fuentes has been in my home

Was on time. Very professional. Mauricio wore booties inside my house to keep from getting rugs dirty. He unclogged my shower drain and I was instantly thankful and relieved. Choose them people!!!!! Great job!!

ARS / Rescue Rooter was quick to respond when we had a main line clog. They were able to help us same-day and over the weekend. They were informative, quick, and fairly priced. Plus they helped by recommending restoration specialists to assist in clearing up any water damage. Excellent service!

Overcharged. I used this company expecting a fair price they charged me $650 for a main line clear out and I called 3 other plumbers and they told me they charge $125 to $200. Very upset this is a real rip off from a company I thought was good.

Saturday - Just as the tempurature soared to 85 degrees and we are required to shelter-in-place because we are over 65, the air conditioner shut down. I called Morey 7:30am Sunday to get someone out. Ken was very booked, but promised possibly Monday, he could get out. I reminded him that we are effectively locked in a very hot house, and the temp was already 80 degrees inside. He said he would see what he could do and hewas aboe to find a volunteer to work extra time to come and fix the problem. We were cool with-in hours. Thanks again Morey.
